The car was in pretty okay shape - some sounds coming at a certain speed but never broke down in the middle of the road. Heated seats were great in winters. With staff, there are a few issues. The person, who handed over the car, didn't do a proper paperwork. There were a few things missing for which we had to go to their office and get it all sorted out. The lady sitting at the desk isn't on her best behavior ever but she does her job pretty good. So, don't expect any goodies - but personally, I prefer to deal with people who do their jobs well and may behave rudely instead of someone behaving nice and screwing up the work. Also, I had asked them to let me know if an SUV is available then I would like to switch over to that. However, I never received any call - I can't imagine any SUV didn't free up in a three week period. I would still prefer Budget or Enterprise considering the overall experience.

My personal car broke down, had to take it to the shop for repairs and I needed wheels ASAP. Found these guys online due to the good reviews. Adrian was able to accommodate me for a sedan 2018 Honda Civic. Having rented from the Big 5 rental companies in the past ( Enterprise, Budget, Hertz etc.) and being treated like a number I appreciated the personal touch these guys put in at this location. You can tell they care about their customer's satisfaction and like what they do as a small business which, I prefer to support.
