Booked a luxury car with Enterprise a month ago through Costco on line. Arrived on time today to pick up the car. The whole process took too long since there was one employee at the site working hard inside the office and outside to help a constant line of customers. Our main complaint: Although the service rep was courteous and professional she had to tell us the car we reserved weeks earlier was not there, that only a downgrade was available and that it was never likely the type of car we reserved would have been on hand. We're annoyed and disappointed. We were looking forward to a smooth quiet ride to & from the west coast. Seriously, why does Enterprise allow customers to book and expect a luxury car rental when they know they are not likely to have the car available? read more

This location does not even deserve a 1 star! It deserves a -100-star review! We scheduled a reservation for a car well in advance. We receive a call the day before at 4 pm and our reservation is for early in the morning. The person on the phone asked if we can pick up the car later and we told that we have to leave on the morning. Her response was " ok I'll find you a car" Next day, We came to pick up the car and the car is not available. We were supposed to leave in the morning out of town at that time. The manager was not able to provide any alternatives. This completely ruined our trip. When we informed the manager that this ruined our vacation, her response was " I keep hearing this all week". We were left with no car. A simple solution would be after checking with other locations is to call us back the day before and let us know that there is no car available at other locations. This company/location is completely unreliable. I highly recommend booking with them if you want to lose your money / time and have your trip cancelled or completely ruined. read more

Have rented from here twice now, and both times, I have had to dispute damages that I didn't cause to the vehicle. This location seems to struggle with properly documenting and photographing their vehicles. They told me to reach out to customer service, but I have yet to receive a response-I reached out via chat and phone. This has been beyond frustrating. read more

Unacceptable customer experience. Didn't honor the reservation because out of state, I wanted to use a debit card instead of a credit card (has never been a problem until today at this branch). I offered to provide any kind of identification documentation, put any kind of deposit they wanted down - but no, "corporate policy" to make it impossible to not have a credit card -- note that just 3 months ago at a different location this wasn't a problem at all. At best this is terrible terrible customer experience and at worst, outright discrimination made into policy. As someone who has used Enterprise for 20 years, I find these experiences extremely unreliable and inconsistent, and would NOT recommend anybody plan their holiday based on a Enterprise reservation. read more

Outstanding customer service! Great and friendly staff! Minimal time spent on paperwork! An excellent car rental experience from the beginning to the end working with the good people at the Oro Valley Enterprise! I was picked up from Oracle Ford, my dealer where my Explorer was being repaired, and was driven to their office on Oracle Rd. I already had a reservation, so the paperwork was a breeze and quickly completed. The staff coordinated with my insurance company throughout my 17 day rental period, which helped me a lot. Once my Explorer was repaired, I stopped by the Enterprise location, paid my part of their bill and drove the rental car to Oracle Ford. Dropping the rental keys off at the dealer's reception desk, I picked up my vehicle and was on my way! No hassles or time spent waiting. This rental car place could give lessons in good customer service. They were above and beyond! I called from my hotel to rent a car for the day. The agent helped me figure out the best option then they picked me up at my hotel. Asked me what time was convenient. The gal that waited on me was so nice. She made sure I had a vehicle that was clean and ready to go even if it meant upgrade. I was worried about dropping car off too late in the day for them to have time to drive me back to hotel so I mentioned that I could just call an Uber so as not inconvenience them. She would not hear of it. She said not to worry as long as I got the car back before close she would see to it that I got back. They were just such a pleasure to work with. read more

I'm a fairly frequent customer at this location. I wrote another review last September, and this is just a follow-up. Brad and his crew in Oro Valley do an outstanding job. I had another extended rental from them last month - great car, full tank, great price! I read the last review, and based on my own experience I had previously discussed drop fees with them. I'm a regular customer and they do everything they can for me. They once waived a drop fee WITHIN the Tucson area for me, but they don't have the ability to waive the inter-city and inter-state drop fees. It might have been better to contact the return office in New York for help. I wish the customer well - have gone through that with my parents. read more

I rented a car for a trip to CA. I assumed the car would be more capable than my car. I was wrong. During my drive the change oil light turned on. I called Enterprise and the man assured me that it had gotten an oil change; however, there was no sticker or any indication that it had been serviced. Later on, the tire lights turned on. I called again. The man told me I would need to take the car to a shop to make sure the tire had not been penetrated by anything. So, on my vacation I took the car to a tire shop. They simply said the tires had not been checked i.e. not rotated, checked for pressure etc. Now, I don't know about you but when I drive long distances I always get my tires checked. A blow out going 80 MPH is very dangerous. Once I went to return the car, I reported all my issues. The woman was very rude and unapologetic. I told her whatever I just wanted to pay and be on my way. Somehow, the total got mixed up. I was told one price she said another. I argued with her, but she simply didn't care about what I had been told. I went out of my way to return a the car on a Sunday to a location that was 40 minutes away from my house to get a discounted price--I guess not. She told me the man I worked with before would call me to address my complaints. He still hasn't called. I would NEVER recommend renting from this place. read more

Unreliable, constantly changing management at this location, manager makes up new policies about either picking you up or bringing you back home, including refusing to pick you up so you can get the rental you have reserved telling you that when you call to find out why you haven't been picked up. One new manager refuses to rent if you are retired because you cannot bring in monthly pay check stub, requires printed utility bill mailed to your address which excludes paying utilities on line Non management staff are reliable, cheerful, friendly but required to try and sell you ridiculously expensive add-on insurance that goes over $10,000 annual cost!!?? read more

I am so upset and in dipair right now. I rented a car for 2 weeks for $149 per wk., in the Oracle, AZ location. Upon my visit to NY, I am faced with multiple unexpected hardships. My mother was just put into hospice and and with the COVID 19 and being health compromised, I am forced to stay in NY for an undetermined amount of time. I called Enterprise and although they were willing to lower the $900+ FEE for dropping off at different location, they still want to charge me a $350 fee. Although I appreciate them lowering it, bottom line is I just don't have thet kind of money to spend. I am truly distraught about this and not sure how I'm going to be able to afford to get home at all with having to pay this fee. I'm praying someone can figure out a way to help me. Absolutely terrible customer service. Made a reservation for 10 am that morning, had the reservation for almost a week prior. We got there 5 minutes before and waited while they serviced what seemed to be walk ins. When they got to looking up my reservation number and after taking a few minutes to "find" it, they informed they... ran out of rental cars.... at a rental car business. Looking back I am almost positive they gave my reserved car to the walk in that came in right before me. They then informed me that I would have to wait until late afternoon to get my reserved car because not enough cars had been returned yet. After explaining my frustration they said okay, let's make it 1 and half hours until I would have a car, if not I would receive a call. After 2 hours of no call or anything we drove there to see what the deal was. They irritated grumbled that they had just got a car in and one of the female employees said " Are you guys busy or something?" In a very derogatory way. They then rushed me through the process of getting the car and of course quickly accepted deposit. Upon returning the vehicle a week later I watched as the whole demeanor changed as I walked in, went from so artificially pleasant to customers who were dropping $1500.00 on rental cars or more and asking them how there service was to barley acknowledging me and clearly treating me as lesser or a bother. And of course after asking three people in front of me how the experience they received was, do I get asked the same question. NO. Extremely unimpressed, terrible customer service skills, horrible organization, oh and one more thing.... No rental cars. read more

To my surprise I was greeted and taken care of with the up most respect and consideration. Ethan the branch manager is one of the nicest most professional people I have worked with when it comes to rental cars he knows what he's doing. He provided me with a safe reliable vehicle immediately which truly helped me with my needs. The vehicle was very comfortable especially for the long drive I had to take. Everyone at this location is great. Eric usually helps me out and is very professional. Even the guy that "picks you up" is great. Very personable. I recommend the insurance too. It's a few bucks for peace of mind. We hit a coyote on the highway and the insurance saved us tons of money. The customer service was excellent and the car was in great shape. I am frustrated with the type of car that was rented to me. I booked an economy car as it was just myself traveling. I was asked "Where are you going?" by the sales associate. I informed him I was traveling about 300 miles away (600 round trip). He gave me my car and we settled paper work. Silly me, I did not think to ask about Cruise control. I think he should have mentioned that the car did not have cruise control when I told him I was traveling. I would have gladly paid for an upgrade. I am frustrated and the drive was long/tedious without the support of Cruise. read more

The worst customer service ever!!! I was referred to enterprise by my insurance company, when I show up for my reservation they didn't have a car ready. The assistant manager Oscar Vega told me a car would be available at 5:00pm this was at 11:00am. I told Oscar that I had already missed work and wouldn't be able to come till the next day. He made a 10:00 am reservation for me. No problem right? I called enterprise before I requested an Uber to make sure a car was available, Oscar answered the phone and informed me that I had transferred my reservation to a location 5 miles away??? Wtf? How did I change my reservation? He told me I called and spoke with someone else? I told Oscar he was the only one I spoke with! He said he was sorry and couldn't help me. So no car for me.... before he hung up Oscar asked if there was anything he could help me with? In my frustration I said yes get me a F--king car! I showed up to enterprise a short time later, they had about 15 cars available and the child that is an assistant manager refused to rent me a car! For a company that talks so much about customer service and caring this Oscar Vega done not uphold their values! I was involved in a very serious car accident two days ago and was referred to enterprise rent a joke by my insurance company, non of this was my choice. But I will do everything in my power to ruin what ever saccharin display of customer service Oscar Vega and his team offer at the Oro Valley location! read more

I can't say enough great things about this Enterprise team. I called them at 4:30pm on a Friday needing a rental car because I had been in a car accident the night before. I was exhausted from dealing with the aftermath of the accident and the team at Enterprise made me feel well taken care of and supported. I've rented from Enterprise before and usually they are fine. I booked a van from a different location than this. When I went there they couldn't find the keys to the van. They called this location and they had a van, rather than wait for them to bring it (another hour) I went to this location. I was able to get to the location in 10 minutes. They were busy but I was in the van in 10 minutes. They were closer to my home and I will book here next time. read more
