Called the Dollar 800 number and he "reviewed" it and said there was NO damage. We'll, why were we scammed $50 then??? He said we'll be getting a refund within 5-7 days but based on prior reviews I'm not counting on it yet. Looks like they're hoping people won't notice the up charges and are randomly charging fees that are not legitimate. Definitely will dispute this with my CC company and I am considering contacting local police to report fraud. STAY AWAY from these scammers! ***********

All charges were deducted under Hertz's name, yet they tried to shift the blame onto Tesla instead of taking responsibility. This is unacceptable and feels like deliberate overcharging. I've already provided my invoices and bank statements multiple times, but Hertz refuses to reconcile the difference or refund the excess. Uber drivers and customers should be warned: check your bank statements carefully. Hertz is not transparent, and their customer service hides behind wordplay instead of fixing real issues. I will be disputing the charges with my bank and escalating legally if necessary.

I rented two six foot tables for food and drinks, four round tables that seated six and 25 folding chairs. The baby shower location was out of their delivery zone, but they rented Uhauls. I picked up the rental and Uhaul Friday morning. They loaded the table and chairs, which I appreciated! Everything was in working order. The tables had wooden tops, which we covered with tablecloths. I returned everything Saturday after the baby shower as I was heading home the next day. They had a drop box for the Uhaul keys. It was a simple process. The tables and chairs cost roughly $140 to rent and the Uhaul cost roughly $100. The Uhaul was $19.99 per day and .99 per mile. I would rent from this business again. The manager was friendly and the equipment met our needs.

Most pleasantly, as a woman who entered into contact with this business alone and never mentioned any help I had, at no point did I feel like the employees doubted my ability to complete the job, and I never felt disrespected or treated like a "little lady".

Document everything -- photos, time, and names. 4. Do not pay until the police confirm the tow is lawful. Their actions are predatory and exploit people who don't know the local code. Michael and his team never rip you off by making up repairs or anything even on an older car which I totally appreciate. They have done both major (replaced my AC system) and minor (old change, tire rotation and inspections) work for me and I could not recommend them any more. My only gripe is their driveway which sometimes gets deep ruts in it that's hard on our other car which sits low to the ground. They do try to keep up with it to make it smoother but it's difficult since it's just gravel. Minor gripe for such a great place.

I just had to get rid of some. They were willing to pay (albeit not much) and would take the cars. I believe they were listed on a site that compares rates for local used car buyers. I would sell 2 cars: a Mazda and a Lexus (I think. It's been a long time since these cars have been driven). In total, I was given a bit over $600 for the two of them. I think the price is okay given these are all older than 2010, they are somewhat beat up, and the condition is not that great all in all. Why should you settle for a price like that? Honestly, it will help you free up your garage and just give you some cash. These cars would have kept deprecating in value if I hadn't done anything with them. The guys here were friendly and patient. They were fair and went from online estimate to handing the cash in just a few days. Another added bonus: they were able to come from their Babcock Blvd location to Verona to pick up the cars! So, if you've got some junk cars, this is a good company to sell them to. Don't expect much cash, but it's better than nothing.
