I have been renting from this company from last 15 years they have my history. There office in Selma Alabama is the worst and disgraces to this company I have rented cars from Lakeland FL, Winter haven FL, Lake Mary FL, Sarasota FL, Rhode Island Middle Town etc. ... Met very good staff well mannered and well disciplined excellent customers service. Enterprise office in Selma Alabama on Citizen Rd is the worst and very disgraceful specially the manager she has no manners they cheat and charge your credit card without your knowledge making excuse smoked in the car last month I rented a car for 4 days when I returned she charged my card for $295 rental charges and charged my card 8 times $50 each trans. I was shocked I called the main office talked to the regional manager he was very helpful it took him 5 days to refund me my money and charged for only 4 days rental. This month I rented again for 4 days when my wife went to return the car this manager again played her tricks again she was saying you smoked in the car another enterprise staff had to come and checked the car and she said no there is no smoke smell than this manager was so loud she started saying I am warning you next I will charge $200 she is a crazy lady be careful when you return the car she is a cheat and will charge your card keep a watch don't trust the staff of this office read more

Got a phone call 3 hours before my reservation (that was booked 2 weeks in advance) to be told they didn't have any cars. Now I'm stuck between a rock and hard spot in Montgomery. I was really disappointed when I rented a car the from Enterprise in Selma... The Automobile was Very Nice but Unclean...There were Ants all alone the door panels (all 4doors)...Even at some point crawl in the windshield... After Every Uses these vehicles Should be Cleaned... And I did leave a note on the seat (No Complementary Call) stating how uncomfortable and dissatisfied I was caring a car filled with Ants to Tennessee with Me... Imagine how the My Passengers Felt.. Well, kind of a mixed experience. Started on a rather sour note, by telling me at 10:30 am Saturday that, despite my confirmed car reservation for that morning at 11:00 AM, they didn't have a car available for me because someone hadn't returned a vehicle they were expecting. Told me they'd give me a call if something came in. No call. So I went there anyway and waited till noon, apparently to their dismay. Ultimately was sent off in a nice late model quad cab pick-up, which happened to suit my purposes. Good thing, because they offered nothing else. In the end, worked out well and everyone was cordial and polite. But couldn't quite get over the feeling that, had I not gone and waited there, they would have just called to tell me I was out of luck. read more

I had the worst experience ever, and will not be renting a car from their ever again. I rented a car to go out of town, I orignially wanted to put the payment on my debit card, but I didn't have a bill in my name to go along with my check stub, so they told me that if I had a credit card and a drivers license they could hold it on their, then when I bring the car back I can pay with my debit card so I agreed. I went to pick the car up on a Thursday, I confirmed again that I will be holding on my credit card, but wanted to pay with my debit. I expressed how I didn't want anything to hit my credit and asked were they sure it could be done that way. The lady that checked me out she was moving so fast just to get a sale she wasnt listening to me nor taking a look at my account to make sure What i requested was done properly. Sunday when I returned the car the office was closed so I dropped the car off in the front and put the keys in the drop box. I had a funny feeling that they were going to take the payment out on my credit card anyway because none of them were listening to me they were just so eager for a sale, so I called first thing Monday morning and sure enough they had closed out the process on my credit card. Boy was i MAD. Then once I got there they tried to down play their actions by trying to reverse it on me like ai did something wrong. They finally tell me that monday morning, since i dropped it off on a sunday then it automatically close the account. But my thing is the two representitives new what I wanted why didnt they explain that too me before I rented the car. The girl at the front desk didnt even ask me for my debit card info before she checked me out to make sure it was done properly. Tuesday when I went to get my reverse refund, she had the nerve to say next time u have to give us your debit card information or turn it in the next business day. Well thanks alot for telling me now once yall screwed up, how the heck was I supposed to know that, I don't work for the company. All in all poor customer service, need training, and more professionalism. I still wont ever be going back! I don't play about my credit and didn't want anything hitting it.. I still would like to speak with the highest power about this incident. read more
