We rented a car to drive 1600 miles to Northern California from Arizona for a friend's funeral. I've rented a car a few other times in the past and I would say this experience was one of the better ones. The staff are very helpful. I greatly appreciated the great customer service that Carter and Camile provided. We were both in a very emotional state because of the purpose of the rental so we appreciated their helpfulness. We reserved a Corolla online intentionally so we could get good gas mileage since gas prices are so hgh right now. And the fact that we did most of the driving in California, the prices were even higher for gas. Like most rental car places they didn't have the car that we had reserved. I think this issue happens at all rental companies and it is a frustrating experience. I wish that the actual cars available are shown upon reserving. We ended up renting a Nissan Sentra which got good gas mileage as well. The car only had $20,000 miles on it so that was a plus. It was about as comfortable as it could be for an economy model. The waiting room at this location is on the small side for how many people are there. Allow extra time for pick-up. It took us 45 min. Drop off was a breeze amd only took 5 minutes. We would definitely rent from this location again. read more

In late May 2026 we rented a car from Enterprise in Sun City for the day to drive to Flagstaff and return it in Flagstaff. We received a car with a quarter of a tank in gas and a tire that was leaking air rapidly. We did not discover this until we were leaving for Flagstaff. Brandon Green is the "Branch Manager" that gave us that car. We obviously were very frustrated and not happy customers. Thankfully we were very lucky to be able to be helped by a very helpful young man in Anthem and he had a car that was available. He got us in and out and back on the road quickly. He was filling in at that location and I'm disappointed that I don't remember his name. He saved our very important day, unlike Brandon in Sun City. read more

Another 5 stars for Enterprise. This is the best Enterprise that I have ever rented from. At every step of customer service , they are impeccable. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, accommodating, professional, and courteous. After dropping off the car , they offered to take me home. Perfect timing because I had my Uber app ready to book a drive. Kat was the driver. She was a great conversationalist and a very good driver. If I could give 0 stars I would. They called me 3 days before to confirm that I was renting a minivan. Verified multiple times that I was getting a minivan get there and check in and I was like what are we getting? They said a grand Wagoneer. They didn't even mention at check in it was not a minivan. I said no we want a minivan and they didn't even have minivans left, they said the van they got back had a recall. So thank you enterprise for ruining my day and getting my vacation started stressful. Will never use you or recommend you again. If you are renting cars to people please make sure you are renting the car that was wanted. I did not take this car because it is too high up for the people in my party with disabilities. Had a reservation yet had to wait over an hour to pick up the vehicle which was "getting washed" when I arrived. This place is busy so allow extra time for both pick-up and delivery. The vehicle itself had over 42,000 miles and a few years ago would have qualified for a rent-a-wreck location. Because of this it took a lot of time for the delivery of the vehicle because the Agent needed to take photos of all the damage as well as trying to upsell many coverages which I was not interested in. Luckily Hertz has reopened a location down the street and Avis Budget is nearby which are generally better options. read more

Renting off site from the airport is a challenge. The hours are not great, the staff tries to be friendly. Last week I was not asked for insurance info this week I was. I don't get it. Last week I got a car with a full tank of gas(as it should be), this week the car only has a 1/4 tank. I had to go to the gas station before I could bring my trip to Flagstaff. I rent cars at least a dozen times a year for trips and had honestly avoided Enterprise because I had seen a lot of mixed reviews. They were my only option this time, and I'm genuinely impressed. The prices were very fair, the vehicle options were great, & the cars themselves were in excellent condition. What really stood out was the staff! Instead of the usual long line and bare-minimum service you get at most rental companies, the employees here were professional, friendly, & actually helpful. I initially chose a car that I thought would work for my trip, but James took the time to suggest three better options based on my needs. The option he recommended most ended up being absolutely perfect- amazing gas mileage, tons of space, and great tech features- so I'm extremely glad I listened! I was sold a legitimately broken vehicle with the swaybar not being safely to the vehicle, as well as the suspension and many other things. Luckily Meineke on Bell Road is fabulous and fixed everything. After bitching and moaning the manager Kevin at the Bell Road sales enterprise corrected his companies wrong by somehow letting this broken vehicle get on the lot to be sold. Overall the worst car, buying experience ever, oddly enough after thinking, I have the greatest car buying experience ever with them It was labeled a "certified" enterprise vehicle after their supposed inspection, but there's no way that car was actually checked. Somebody just left the sticker on the car and called it a day. The mechanic at my Meineke immediately noticed something was terribly wrong with the car. read more

This Enterprise saved our day! My mom rented a car through Hertz/Expedia. When we arrived at the location we discovered it had closed without notifying my mom. Enterprise was next door so we decided to try to rent from them. Ben was very empathetic to our situation and quickly identified an SUV for our needs. The Jeep was ready in 30 minutes at a lower price than Hertz gave us. The team was amazing and I never would have expected a last minute deal on a vehicle. She offered me a small car and I requested something a little bit bigger. She simply said "thats all I have today". So I let her know I would have to talk to the dealership to see what my options would be and she just said "So you want me to cancel it or what?". I pointed out 4 of the vehicles that I reserved that were in the parking lot and they said they were already reserved. We rent from this location frequently and the employees are always professional and provide great customer service. Our current rental experience was no different. Jevan helped us and we are very picky as we need a vehicle that is comfortable for my husbands bad back. This process usually takes a while for him to sit in different vehicles. We picked a 4runner that had just been returned and needed cleaning. Jevan took it back to start cleaning it right away and was finished quickly. I could go into my long rant regarding this location but I don't have the patience. I will summarize though, they refused to rent a car to my permanently disabled step father under their surrogate driver program. The manager at the office told me (after speaking with enterprise escalation and being told to rent to us) that we must provide proof of my fathers disability. They embarrassed and made my father feel like shit, ruined our entire trip as we where unable to go to San Diego as we had planned and left me speechless at the level of disrespect a person could show another. Avoid this location at all cost. I have never seen such cold hearted disrespect shown by any person towards another like I did at this location. At 2:10pm on Saturday, April 17, 2021, I got a call from the Kia dealership that my vehicle wasn't going to be completed until Monday or Tuesday and that they had set up a rental car through Enterprise. They proceeded to tell me that Enterprise closes at 3pm that day and they are only open from 9am to 1pm on Sunday. My husband was about to leave for work, which he had to be at by 3pm, so he was able to take me and my baby to Enterprise to get the vehicle. We arrived at Enterprise around 2:30pm and there were a few people waiting in the lobby. When I was called to the counter, I was told there were 5 people ahead of me. My husband called work and told them he would be late because he wanted to make sure I was able to get the vehicle squared away. We waited outside for our turn. After about an hour, my husband had to leave for work so he didn't lose any more time. I continued to wait outside with my 4 month old baby, the stroller, car seat, car seat base and diaper bag. I had to feed my son while sitting and waiting to get a vehicle. Natalie finally came out with keys to my vehicle around 4:05pm. She was apologetic about the wait and stated that she and Carson were the only ones working that day (and it was very busy). I was patient and kind, knowing this is not her fault and thankful that I was finally getting a vehicle. She walked me over to the blue Nissan Altima, turned it on and got the mileage and gas levels. I was trying to get all my stuff over to the car while she did that. She did not walk around to assess the vehicle and I attempted to do so as much as I could. I asked her if she saw the ding on the top of the trunk and she said "yes, but that is normal wear and tear, it is not billable". She then had me sign all the documents, took my credit card for a hold and walked away before I even saw the rest of the car or got inside. Once I was able to get all my belongings and my baby in the vehicle, I got in to drive off and it smelled like cigarette smoke. I thought it would go away with the windows down and it did not. I picked up my mom to go to my nephew's baseball game and she said "did you tell them about the dent on the trunk?" I told her yes and what Natalie's response about it was. She then commented on the cigarette smoke. I called the next morning to try and switch the car but was on hold the whole way to Enterprise. When I got there, I told Natalie about the smoke and she said they could switch the car out but there are two people ahead of you so it would take some time. We were on our way to church so we did not have time to wait. We returned the car with no problems on Tuesday. I then got a message Tuesday evening that Enterprise was going to make a claim to my insurance for the damage on the trunk and that I needed to call them back and provide my insurance information. Friday morning I called Enterprise and was on hold for over an hour before speaking with someone. Ruby answered the phone and proceeded to tell me that she had to make a claim for the damage on the trunk. I told her the whole story and she said that she would look up the previous contract for that vehicle to see if anything was reported. She said after looking it up that nothing was reported and therefore was going to have to make a claim to my insurance. I asked to speak to a manager and she stated that she was the manager. I asked her who I could talk to about this and how upset I am. She stated that they have an in-house team that handles the investigation and any disputes to claims and that they would be calling me. I also asked her for their phone number as well. Ruby, the manager, was unapologetic and had zero remorse for the vehicle we were given nor the experience we had. I was then contacted by my insurance and tried to file an appeal and dispute and lost. They billed my insurance for over $1500 for the damage and billed me $500 for the deductible that insurance was not going to bill me for. Do not use them if you can avoid it. read more

My car has been stuck in the shop for 3 months due to supply chain issues. From day one I was able to get put into a rental with no problems, I've had to go in a few times to renew my contracts and have had wonderful experiences with every person who works at this location. Bryce & Justin were especially exceptional, kind, and patient with me. They tend to be busy most times I've gone in an they never make you feel rushed. If I could give this enterprise branch a -5 stars I would. I rented a car three days ago that smells like something died in it. I'm literally getting nauseous every time I get in it. I've been trying to call enterprise for 3 days to see if I can exchange the carz. I've been on hold for no less than 20 minutes every time I had to hang up. I finally went down to the branch while I was on hold and everybody was just standing around picking up the phone and placing it back on hold. No one at the time out of the 4 people standing there we're even helping customers. . What a joke. I've been on hold for nearly an hour!! Yet the playback message I hear while on hold is "always standing by" I need a rental car today and I guarantee I will never use enterprise ever again. I'm only using them because I was in an accident and need a rental car and Farmers Insurance is using enterprise. Looks like I will be stranded at the collision center since Enterprise can't pick up the phone. How pathetic. Their customer service is also a joke. I was chatting with a rep online and she asked if I had any more questions and I said yes but she ended the chat. I won't use enterprise.
