Holes in the floor board and it reeked of cigarettes, they literally have you sign a contract stating no smoking and they were trying to force me in this vehicle. This used to be a reliable company to use but not any more. Many IT issues that they aren't able to fix and therefore sit not being able to log into the account. Their only response is they have not IT people to help and just call regular customer service line. Customer service cant help and says they will put in a ticket and no one contacts you. Rented a passenger van for a group trip. Holy crap, didn't realize I was renting from Rent A Wreck. Picked up the van just before they closed. Staff walked us out to vehicle and said no chance to change vehicles, and that credit card was already charged. Chevy Express with 100,000 miles. Outside beat to crap. Inside interior torn and dirty. Gas tank on empty. Carpets filthy. It rattled like crazy, wind leaked around windows. Floated all over the road, brakes took both feet to push down on the brake pedal. The new system that enterprise uses scans your driver's license. As a lifetime resident of CA the system stated my driver's license wasn't verified. I was told by the employee "not that it's fake". I signed up for an account with Enterprise when I had a trip up the coast, their site is surprisingly easy to use and so far I haven't had and issues with rentals. Two now with the review I am doing now. Before I rented I just Googled Enterprise rental coupons, found one for a double upgrade, so rented a compact and got a midsize at the same amount. They pick you up but I got a ride over and picked up the car, they gave a choice of three different cars when I went there. Nice selection and the people were friendly so I will continue to use them if I need a rental. read more

It's not easy for me to give a five star review to a car rental company. But this Enterprise definitely earned it from us. We had an auto collision and insurance claim. When I went to pick up my rental, I was told my insurance was only covering a minimum amount. I get that. But the car available was in real bad shape. I was surprised to find it was even worse as I drove it home. I understand the limitation imposed by the insurance coverage limit. But that kind of car shouldn't even be offered at a rental agency, and I didn't have time then to dispute it. I wasn't expecting a text the next day from Manager Ariel. But since she said customer satisfaction was important, I replied with my experience. She invited me to return for a better replacement. My wife took the rental in and had a terrific experience with Roberto and a couple others. A simple but very nice car was provided, and we've been left with a great experience, despite the rough start. This great level of customer service is pretty much unheard of nowadays. Between the texts and the excellent help shown to my wife when she went and got a replacement, it's rare and impressive. We appreciate it. read more

I will say the staff are always friendly and place seems clean. Positives- seem to have good selection of cars, friendly staff. Cons- every time I've been there they're busy so if you're in a hurry you may want to go elsewhere. What bugged me the most was the young lady that was helping me which I won't mention, despite being very nice and polite, either knowingly or unknowingly mislead me. I understand they make commissions on extra coverages so when I was offered the coverage I politely declined and let her know I had used my AMX and the rental coverage is covered by AMX. She proceeds to tell me that's a misconception and only the Black AMX covers accidents and something about it only covers Sedans, not SUVs. Well I checked my AMX benefits and that's certainly not true. Hoping it was an honest mistake and a good teaching moment for the team once the manager reads this. read more

I've been renting from this location for years and the cars are becoming ratty and customer service has had a sudden drop in decency. I rented a car a couple of months ago with a defective tire. The agent looked at it with me and said it would be fine. Then a couple of weeks they called to tell me my rental that I reserved weeks ago was cancelled due to a tire recall and that I would be put on a waiting list. This was less than 24 hours before pickup. Asked to speak with the manager to find out how the waiting list worked. She had no idea (which makes me feel like there was no waiting list) and was incredibly rude. Said she had many more cancellation calls to make and had to go. Bye. Ended up going to Avis at the last minute. Got a better car for a longer time and saved about 15%. read more

I would recommend this location for any of your rentals . I had to get a rental while my truck was in the shop due to being in an accident. I rented a truck and I will rent again if I ever have to get another vehicle. Service was 10+ they all deserve 10 stars . I thought I would only need to rent a vehicle for 2 weeks but had to have it for 4 1/2 weeks. Always checked to make sure everything was good. So if you need to rent please visit this location- you won't remember me for I wrote this for my boyfriend Bob. He rented the truck from you and doesn't do computers so I posted this for him. I've had to swap out 2 vehicles for different reasons. First vehicle had a bad smell through the filtered air vent (moldy smell) and the AC wasn't cooling the vehicle well. Probably was low on ac freon. The second was the worst of the two. It was pushed out of the carwash quick and given to me not dried. The interior wasn't cleaned and there was dog hair all over front driver and passenger seats with some small particles also. You could see dog hair around the floors too. I had to clean out the dog mess and sanitize the vehicle even though they place a sign that says the Clorox "clean" the vehicle. But the worst of it was the strong smell of cigarette in it. No air freshener can mask that smell. The irony is that they reminded me that's there's absolutely no smoking in the rental. I was rushed out so fast and the employee walked away so quick that I didn't get a moment to throughly inspect it. I thought I could handle the smell but then my family said they got headaches after driving in it. So I contacted them asking for another replacement (suv to be exact) and they said not a problem and to come in to swap it out. Problem is I needed a suv or van for my family. No luck getting me one. Yet when I got more persistent that my family couldn't be in that vehicle because of the smell, they said they could now place one on hold. I advised them that I couldn't get off work for a days because of my shift. I asked if they can hold a suv/van till then. I was told they couldn't. They said to just call before I came in to make sure they have that type available. So I did and no luck. I again explained to the manager why it needs to be swapped out and needed to be an suv/van and now he says they could hold one for me when there's one available. My question is; why couldn't they have placed one on hold for me till I was able to get off work from my fire dept shift. Crazy enough, he said they had just rented out the two last suv's in stock that morning. I called exactly when they opened asking for an suv. Those suv's must have been "reserved". I had spoken to 3 different employees in one day to include the manager and I'm still waiting for a phone call back as they all stated they would. I'm forced to drive with windows down in hot weather till I can get them to swap out vehicles. read more

Dont ask me how that's possible with no one else there, but it was. I walk up to the counter and they told me I didnt have to come in prior to going to the repair shop. Ugh. So I'm wasting my time. Awesome. Then, the main reason I went there is because they told me they had a bigger selection of cars, right? So on this day, the guy tells me, "I really only have 1 sedan and a bunch of minivans." He shrugs his shoulders and says, "Sorry, it was a busy morning." *Eyes roll*. Ok bye. I left and went to the Enterprise on the Old Road near the 126 Highway.
