They try to charge you a extra 20.00 for insurance that you do not need most insurance companies cover rental cars I rented a car they wanted to charge me so I took the extra insurance then I found out they lie to you and say you need it and will tell you that will pay for any damage out of pocket. A huge lie, I had mine canceled by a boy named jack he said he would refund me all the money and put it on my credit card another LIE!!!!! Now I have a charge. of almost 90.00 I called and told them my story and was told the manger. I was matched with this Enterprise through a Geico insurance claim. The appointment was scheduled incorrectly by the insurance adjuster and when I called to confirm, they corrected the issue quickly and happily. I arrived (one side to rent trucks, one to rent cars) and all staff were properly wearing masks. They had a small pool of vehicles to choose from, and the only one I had access too was a smoker car (of note, they don't "Allow" smoking in any of their rentals, but people do what they want. They hadn't had time to do the ionizer, but cleaned it out best they could for me. There was some small damage on the vehicle that we noted beforehand, and an issue with the wipers that I called and had noted on the record as well. Drop off was just as slick, only downside is that they don't offer rides anywhere on weekends because they're shorter staffed, so I had to call a rideshare. Overall a pretty slick and painless experience, plus all the staff I worked with were super friendly and accommodating! read more

I decided to rent a 15 passenger van for an outing for my clients last minute. I searched the internet for hours trying to locate one. I called Enterprise on Mayfair Rd., I was informed the 15 passenger vans were a hot commodity they were rented out for the summer. To my surprise before ending the call Morgan put me on hold came back with exciting news. She asked a few questions and then made my clients and myself the happiest people ever! We picked up our rental in Phoenix. We had to get another vehicle because the smell of smoke was so bad. We were asked if we want to lock in the gas rate for return, we thought it sounded good. On our trip it cost $55 for a full tank of gas at $5.15 gallon. We returned with 3/4 full and were charged $75 Maybe we didn't read fine print. These two exhibited kindness and patience when I found myself in a bind and they helped get me in a car quickly despite them being very busy. I can't thank them enough! I was very impressed with their customer service. I rented a car on Friday with a return date on Monday. A person from Enterprise called me on Saturday to check in and make sure I didn't have any questions about the car or any of the gadgets the car was equip with. Great rate flying in from out of town. Going to this location saved us over $100 for a four day booking over the airport fees, and we upgraded to a mid-size. Update on the per gallon cost, down to $3.25. The local gas stations are about $3.50 as of this writing. Check in and drop off were seamless. Will definitely use again as my in-laws are in Wauwatosa. read more

This is my first time renting from this location. The check-out experience was fast and efficient. HOWEVER, they gave me a vehicle that was over on mileage for an oil change. This was very nerve-wrecking for me as I travelled out of town, driving through mountains and rough terrain. I expected them to find a location for me to get the vehicle swapped out. Instead they made me do it, and when there was no location who could accommodate me, they made me find the local repair shop who worked w/Enterprise to take the car to get the oil change. Mind you, I have not been on a vacation in over 10 yrs, had activities scheduled for Saturday morning. Instead I spent 2 1/2 hrs waiting to get the oil changed in their vehicle. When I called the original location the manager said that he would take care of me on the back end. Apparently they are under the impression that inconveniencing me and my time is worth $30. I have rented cars from this location and always had a good experience, but as of today I would never rent a car from any location again. I had a car booked for 10:00 this morning and I was supposed to call at 9:30 to confirm the delivery. When I called I was told that my car was booked in Waukesha, how that happened I do not know, as I called the Mayfair office to book the car. They had no cars available at the Mayfair Road location, would have the car delivered from Waukesha and I was told I would have to take a cab to Waukesha to pick it up. No apology, nothing. Yes we do not know how that happened. So, now I was without a car and no way to get to work, etc. Will never use them again. Better car rental locations in the area. read more

Miss behind counter very helpful, provided contact information for other offices in area. Not angry that we were asking questions after her schedule time. We've always been fans of Enterprise, which goes to show why we keep coming back. We've never rented locally, so this was a new experience for us. We rented a minivan from the Wauwatosa location and felt the service was outstanding. Not only did Betsy & Kate accommodate our request (black exterior), they even walked us out on the lot to show us examples of rental options before we made our selection! When we arrived a week later to pick up our rental, Stacey was really helpful in showing us all the extra features our rental had to offer. The van itself was a dream to drive. It handled really well and had an abundance of storage space and extra features. We were thrilled with it. How to describe this saga....well it started with my insurance company tellng me to call Enterprise that the rental has been approved and set up. I called their "800" number and it was like some strange warped sense of customer service: "Which location is near you"...mmm like I know where their locations are?! "What is your zipcode"....at my home? "yes"....gave it to them and they gave a location near my home...mmm....shouldn't the location be near the place where the car will dropped off I wondered..."yes, what is that zipcode?" Like I have all the neighboring cities zipcodes memorized? and so it went....then the local office was closed, please call back tomorrow...Do you think it went better the second time around?! No. It didn't. But they sent me to a location and when I spoke to that gentleman he said..."that car repair shop is not in our territory, you need XYZ location and their number is..." ok, what is the confirmation number? "You can just use your name, they can pull it up under that" and I called them....he was with customers and would have to call back...an hour or so later I get a call...."what is your name....I see the insurance company okayed it today at 4:50 but it is set up for direct pay by you", No, I said that the insurance company called two or three days ago the 4:50 call was mine and I made the reservation with your 800 line....it should not be a direct pay, the insurance company has okayed this...."oh, ok, what is the claim number, I'm not finding it"..."is there a phone number, another number they might have put it under other than the one you are calling from?" Well, I have two offices, five lines at each location plus my cell, my fiances cell or my home number...which one do you think they might have used, I asked...as I was thinking the insurance company talked to me two or three days earlier, which location/phone might have I called them on or? "I, uh, what number might they have used?" ok, try xxx-xxx-xxxx..."yes, there it is and the insurance company did ok it". Great, what kind of vehicle can I get..."what kind do you want" Like is this a guessing game? Is this the best customer service can get? How do I choose a vehicle from a list I don't have?
