Awful service. I made a reservation in advance for a mid-size SUV. I was dropped off at the Yucaipa location a little after my scheduled pick-up time. I walked inside and told the worker that I had a car reservation and my name. They didn't even have the car that I had reserved. He asked me if I wanted a mini-van, and I told him no thank you. He made some calls, than asked me how was I going to pay. I told him I would pay with my CC. He said he found one in Banning, and that I'd need to go there to pick it up. I was dropped off, so I guess I would have to walk. I told him No thanks, and then the room went silent. He never said another word to me. Needless to say, I walked out and will never use this location again. If you have other options if you are in need of a rental car, I would stay away from this Enterprise location. read more

So Unprofessional, the front desk girl Kenna was so racist and rude, not sure if she was in a bad mood or what her deal was !!! I rented from this location and my experience was so bad. First the staff that I deal with is not honest, they overcharge the customer. I rented for a week but ended up returning it for 1 day. The staff instead of 1 day rent, he still charged me for the whole week, after I complained he did a new receipt and end up overcharging me still and when I checked my receipt they were charging me 25 cents mile which so ridiculous because I will end paying $76 only for 1 day. I told the staff why are they charging me per mile and I wasn't aware regarding that matter. The staff did finally charge for the right amount but for me Hertz are not really helping and overcharging customer that if you don't the receipt they will charge the customer so much. I will never rent from Hertz anymore and rather rent from Enterprise and Toyota for their being honest and had good customer service read more

No one ever answers the phone. I've been transferred to local branches and I need to speak to the Yucaipa branch. It's ridiculous.

I agree that this location is a bit smaller than other locations I've been to. And I can see how they can run out of vehicles or specific vehicles someone reserves. But the day I reserved they had the vehicle that I needed, a Chrysler Pacifica minivan. I used this minivan to pick up my parents from the airport. It fit 5 people with 6 checkin suitcases and 3 carry ons. Employees are very friendly. The vehicle they provided did what it needed to do. Overall great experience. Would definitely use them again. read more

Wow. Talk about incompetence. Tried to make a reservation inside this location. I was having issues with my online account so I went inside. The employee did not know how to apply my corporate discount and seemed confused when I explained to her that I have had Enterprise employees make my reservation before. She had no idea on how to help me and insisted I go to the Redlands Enterprise for assistance. Trust me. I won't be using Yucaipa Enterprise again, since their only employee was incompetent. I was really impressed with Yucaipa Enterprise. The manager Olivia is really helpful, the manager in training (I want to say her name is Brooke) was the one that checked me in and extremely friendly. Chris who gave me a ride home rocks and was very personable which just made my experience more helpful. Women need to be warned about the staff here. My wife went to pick up her rental and the driver Dwight took it upon himself to treat the situation like he was meeting a woman at a bar. He made semi-veiled advances and pretty openly hit on her. He talked to her with no professionalism at all, he might as well have been at a club. He volunteered information about his dating life which was unsolicited then made comments about dating a cougar, obviously referring to my wife who was older than him. He was 27.. why did he volunteer this information? He had been fired from a previous job for inappropriate behavior with a female colleague.. again. Why did he volunteer this information. My wife left feeling objectified and offended. If he treats customers like this, it makes me wonder about his female coworkers. I contacted enterprise to report the incident to see if they could make it right before I wrote a public review. However, here we are 2 weeks later and no response. It leaves me to wonder why they are protecting a predator. To the men out there, don't let your wife go here alone and to the women out there, steer clear of Dwight. read more

"JOE" has no customer service skills at all and is rude. I have a reservation for 5:00 PM, Enterprise website says that's the last time I'm able to pick up. While I understand their hours say they close at 5:00, the website shouldn't let me select 5:00 if I can't show up at 5:00. I show up at 5:00 and "Joe" says they're closed through the locked door. When I show him my reservation time, he cuts me off and tells me to go to Redlands because he's got kids to pick up. After going on line and making a reservation, I was called by the manager at the Yucaipa location and told that I needed a credit card and that my Debt card was not allowed. This information is NOT on the web site, nor is it in the information that was sent to me confirming my reservation. I went to the rental office and I asked the manager to show me where this policy was written. She could not. So I am going to their competitor to rent my car because of this unpublished policy. It does say on the website and in my emailed conformation that a Debt Card is an approved form of payment at the time of pickup. The name on the drivers license and the Debt card must match. It is also necessary to have two bills, such as utility bill, and or phone bill, with matching names and no outstanding charges, which I was not asked for. read more

I've rented from them half a dozen times over the past couple years and each time I am impressed by the great customer service. Of note, recently Yoselin A. helped with my latest rental and was able to negotiate a daily rate that fit to my budget and I got to drive away in the car model that I wanted. Was giving my car service nearby and was able to quickly get in a rental car very fast with Johanes! Very personable, and was amazing to get me in an out in less than five minutes. When I return back, I worked with Angela and she was amazing. Processing my return of the car after a 3 hour drive back from Los Angeles. I must say I was quite disappointed in Enterprise this time. I got a call 10 minutes prior to the time I was supposed to pick up the car to let me know that the location i booked with had been closed and I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to pick up the car. Then I get there and they tell me they don't have the car I requested so I get a free upgrade. which sounds good until they charge you for the insurance on the upgraded vehicle. Then I'm told there is a $200 deposit which I was not aware of when booking. I was told it's in the email which I don't see, maybe I'm mistaken. Pretty inconvenient when you have a time schedule to be somewhere and your sent an hour out of your way nit to mention an hour gas driving to pick up rental car. I've had the pleasure to work with this Enterprise twice and both times they made the process quite simple, easy, and hassle free. Despite the poor reviews I'm seeing here, the people here were professional, had good customer service, and do their best to help out when the need arrives. Used both AAA and Geico when rentinf cars from them and both times were very simple and nice to work with. Would definitely use them again should I need another rental car. I don't habe super hogh demands and just need vehicles to get from point A to point B whenever my cars are being serviced or repair. You have to do better. If you have minimal vehicles then work with the nearest office to help the customer. Yucaipa and Redlands are not that far apart. Very frustrating Ok so now let's do a follow up and close out this fail. The vehicle that was given to us was the Nissan suv that would fail to start at the most inconvenient time which was only remedied after calling the Redlands office and being given Instructions over the phone!? To top this absolute fail. I get a call from enterprise asking for the vehicle which I left at the auto repair place as instructed three days later. He acknowledged that I had a reservation but stated that they "couldn't hold a car for me." He said he needed to call and find out where he was going to get a car from. Karen she the manager at this location is very rude and combative. When asked for her to call corporate due to a miss understanding. She stated that we could call ourselves. The problem we was having is that they won't allow you to use klaran as a form of payment without the physical card. Klaran don't do physical cards only digital. I had booked for a last minute rental. The guy that was there that day helping the girls told me that since I was not getting the Full size car I booked he was going to adjust the amount cause of the lack of cars they ended up giving me an economic model. Which was 140 for the 4 days. Pickup Friday at 4:30pm and returning Monday 4pm. I ended up being charged for the Full size car and when I explained all this to the girl that helped me she started arguing and saying there was no guy working there and when she finally remembered she said that the only thing she could do was give me a 10% discount. When I got the refund she didn't even to it and it was only the 200 deposit. I'm not a person that like to argue but when I feel something is unfair I WILL say something. Why did I had to end up paying for a full size car when what I got was a tiny economic Mitsubishi? I DONT recommend the Yucaipa location to anyone. read more

This is the first time using the Yucaipa Rental Car location. I had a positive experience with the staff, they bent over backwards to accommodate me. Elizabeth is who I worked with she was very friendly and professional, took the time to address all of my concerns. Chris provided transportation back to my house he to was very friendly and professional. In fact, after I was dropped off I left my wallet in the car without realizing it. Chris drove back to the branch and noticed it was in the car and drove back to my house to personally drop it off. I had no clue it was missing until I has a knock at my front door! Frankly any other business probably would not have bothered to contact me alerting me to the fact my wallet was missing. Let alone hand deliver it back to my house at a very busy time for their location.
