Dave and Kyle were so sweet and worked to get me the right car. He had received a fleet of brand new Highlanders that afternoon and hadn't even set them all up for rental. With our truck broken down, we had been unable to bring our trash to be picked up for almost two weeks. Our driver allowed us to load the cans in our truck and follow him to the end of our road to unload them before trash day. He assisted my husband and was extremely kind throughout. I was connected through my insurance company, but given the experience, I would return and recommend Extreme Towing 10//10 times.

I experienced extreme vandalism and property damage to my car on January 9, 2022…read more Understandably parts were on back order so I didn't get my car back until the 9th of February. This wouldn't have been the case if I just accepted shit service. Two weeks after I dropped my car off I was notified that the job was complete. Upon picking my car up, I noticed they forgot to replace my back right window which sustained damage. An order was put in and I was going to take it home and bring it back when the part arrived. Upon driving off, I heard an avalanche of glass fall from behind my rear sit. I also was unable to see through the rear view window as it wasn't sealed properly. I had to turn around and drop my car off and ended up getting a 2021 Tahoe which proved to be a gas drinking monster. Two weeks later my car was finally ready and I picked it up. I steal here a few pieces of glass moving around when I stop. I just noticed that While my car was in their possession someone driving it hit another car or someone driving another car hit my car. It's 150 miles from my residence so everything was done over the phone and/or internet, price, trade, finance, everything. Once everything was hammered out, they delivered my truck and picked up my trade. I signed the papers and that was it. My only gripe was a dealer included vehicle tracking add-on that I did not want, nor would they remove. Forgivable.
