I am extremely happy with the service I received. Charlotte is both professional and approachable! Setting up my website was a lot easier that I thought. I am not very good with computers but Charlotte helped me by translating jargon and explained to me in laymans terms what was going to happen and how things would look. Worth every penny(?!!) I was overwhelmed when I saw what Charlotte had designed for my website.It was spot on!! She was very good at listening to what I said and instinctively knew how I wanted my brand to be portrayed. Charlotte has a real gift of tuning into her clients 'wave length' and works hard to get their website just right. Face to face contact allowed Charlotte to take my excitement and passion for exercise and translate it onto my website. That would never happen if we only communicated by email or phone.
