Not really happy with the changes. First the removed the locked doors off the glory holes. So no privacy for those that enjoy them or use them cause you only have locker. Now the closed one side of darkroom making it really hard to have access to that side. Looks like they are taken apart the other glory holes in the hallways as well. The clientele tends to be from the kerosene lamp age and attracts younger indifferent asians who get a boost to their self image by being chased by older caucasian folks. Trans men are not welcome here. It was my first time at one of these places so I wanted some reassurance. After paying for a locker I asked the person at the window if they were trans friendly. The answer was a straight up "no" followed by a series of invasive questions. My identification literally says "male" and they had the audacity to tell me that "only males are welcome" and asked me if I'd "had the surgery". If they were educated at all on trans people they would know that those are incredibly inappropriate things to say. They insisted they weren't being transphobic, just following policy. BS. You have old dudes walking around with their micro peepees out but are worried about trans people making others uncomfortable? Please. Do you not realize there are bisexual and gay men who are attracted to trans men regardless of whether or not they've had bottom surgery? It was very disappointing rhetoric to hear from other members of the queer community. I wasn't making anyone there uncomfortable but they were making me VERY uncomfortable and singled out. They let me stay since I'd already paid but by that point they'd already killed the mood. Very gross behavior. I really hope y'all will re-evaluate how you handle these situations. I went there in May 2023. This was my second time ever at a gay bathhouse, my first being in London. As a power wheelchair user, I don't get to go to bathhouses often because of the lack of accessibility of most of them. The area is a bit sketchy, but that's not the business's fault. Leave all nonessential valuables at home or in your hotel room's safe. If you go at night and you're a tourist, take a cab directly to/from there, even though it's not too far off the Strip. I went mid-day on a Wednesday and Thursday. The price seemed reasonable. They give you a towel based on your sexual preference [(top, bottom, vers, or oral) but need to add 'side']. You get a locker key. Thankfully, they have lockers of different sizes and heights. As someone who's at wheelchair height, I was worried they would be the full-length ones, but they had small ones at accessible heights. The benches near the lockers aren't very long, so you don't get too much room if you need to use them to undress or dress. The walkways were pretty wide enough that I could get around without blocking others. There are no steps to get into any of the private rooms, but some have narrow doorways and some don't have enough clearance to move your chair around in the room. I had to back into a few so I could position myself to play. The dark rooms are a little cramped, so you have to be careful when you enter or exit them so you don't bang up the walls. They do have a pool and hot tub. But, neither has a pool lift, so they're inaccessible if you need pool lifts. The sauna rooms do have a step to enter those, so be careful if you can walk without assistance. The BDSM room is big enough to cruise and watch others without any problems. The showers are not accessible at all. You have to step down into the showers to use them. They don't have grab bars either. So, if you need to clean fluids off yourself, you have to use your dry towel only. The bathrooms aren't accessible either. The entryway is narrow and if you can squeeze past it, you don't have room to get into a stall. So, use the restroom before you arrive or plan to use it when you're done at the bathhouse. The sinks are accessible if you need to do a quick minor cleanup. Yeah, not all the visitors there are friendly, but that's everywhere in the gay community. Just ignore them. Staff was nice. (They even held my wheelchair bag I had dropped right outside the entrance. I was able to retrieve it the next day.) read more

This reveals another issue of staff not advising new guests of where things are. *I advised it was our first time upon paying* Although they mention 70% play area. The issue is not the availability of space but the sanitation of the space. The place looks so unsanitary that it's not fit for play. There was even trash floating in the hot tub. As for renovations and upkeep. I visited the Entourage around New Years. I stopped by a couple of times during my stay. I enjoy the opportunity to become lost in uninhibited fun, and was not disappointed. Could have been cleaner, but the nature of the bizz makes that difficult to maintain and it was acceptably clean. I liked the variety of different rooms and found they provided an element of fun. The hot tub was nice although it could have been hotter. The tree room provided an opportunity for some multiple action and being groped by friendly hands. Fun all round.
