Always looking for interesting and cool coffee shops to enjoy coffee. I was a bit disappointed in the size of the coffee shop. Yelp pictures made it seem much bigger. It's styled in a European cafe fashion. Open air seating in cafe with not much room to sit with laptop. So, we did enjoy a cappuccino corto here and it was only $90 pesos for 2, which was only 5 US dollars. The service is good, but also as a traditional cafe, not American suburbs where you order at counter, but you actually have someone take your order at the table. Great tasting cappuccino.

They offer indoor seating, and outdoor seating right on the corner of the Zocalo, with chairs under umbrellas and nice places to sit. However, if you sit outside, be prepared to be hassled by beggars and people trying to sell you pieces of gum for a handful of pesos. Inside are many pieces of art that are not necessarily representative of either Italy or Mexico, just a bunch of random pictures that someone seems to have ordered in bulk. The serving sizes are small, and the prices are much higher than you'll pay elsewhere. However, the scenery is nice, and it's a good place to sit and relax.

The decor is very rustic chic, and there's lots of seating inside and outside. Everything about this place is amazing. I ordered the paquete for only $110MXN, which came with a cafe americano, a juice or fruit cocktail, and a breakfast plate. They were unable to make the poblano omelette that day, so I settled for the chilaquiles verdes with an egg over easy. The coffee was enormous and piping hot. The chilaquiles were also delicious, but came in such a large portion I could only finish about half. After I finished eating, I was still sipping on my coffee while I worked. My waitress checked in on me occasionally, and took away my dishes and napkins as I used them. Finally, after finishing my coffee but not my homework, I ordered a hot chai tea latte, and it was beautiful and delicious, as well. In total, I think I spent $200mxn, after ordering a second hot drink and a bottle of water and leaving a decent tip. I definitely will be back and I will probably be making appearances at Dominica 19 as a regular.

I had been to a few locations for this great coffee chain. Would love to see this chain in the U.S. The service at this location was very prompt and friendly. As with the Italian coffee company and another chain here, called "Tartlets," the service is one in which the waiter/waitress comes to your table and takes your coffee order. This is old fashioned, but nice and definitely not something seen in any coffee shop I've been to in the U.S. My husband loved this location for it's quiet, laid back style, and it's beautiful patio area (providing images) and it is very spacious, near curio shops, and just a walk down from the Great Pyramid of Cholula. So after we finished seeing the pyramid, we came here and enjoyed some delightful mocha frapes.

I got the café del pueblo, which is a sweetened coffee, it wasn't too sweet, but it's mainly just added sugar. For food, I got the huevos divorciados...it comes with a little side of beans. I will say this dish was made well and tasted good...it's not the largest portion, but okay for a small meal.
