I recently moved to Lyon and on advice of someone we took out dog to a kennel, our dog came back in…read morebad shape and ended up with an increasingly bad cough. Our dog had been vaccinated for kennel cough but his condition was worsening . I hate the thought of going to a new vet and I used Yelp to help me. I selected this recommendation and I am glad I did. After explaining the problem over the phone the doctor made an immediate appointment. He spoke English and he was very nice. I arrived and he gave good advice, explained the medicine and treatment, and wrote it out for me; he has a kind approach to animals and to people too. He asked me what kennel I took our dog to and when I told him he said without hesitation that it was the very worst one in the Lyon area, and in fact a client's dog died while in their care. He then recommended another, showed it to me on the internet and wrote out their information. I of course recommend him and his sweet receptionist as well. I feel I can trust this office with our precious dog.

I still do not speak French yet and…read moreso I was worried I would not be able to find help for our sick dog from someone who could understand me in English. This Dr and her assistant were perfect in every way! They were as sweet as could be with my sick and scared fur baby and they were very helpful. though it took extra time to work out certain words in English for me, they eagerly went out of their way to be as helpful and informative as possible. The Doctor clearly loves dogs and she worked out a treatment plan which was made very clear for me to understand. Many, many thanks to these wonderful women for all of their help and understanding!!!
