As soon as the project was paid, the owner disappeared and didn't finish the job. We chose this company because we found the owner to be extremely pleasant and professional during the estimation. He showed us different samples and mentioned that the quoted prices include everything or any stones of choice. We signed the contract and he promised to arrive mid-July and said that the job normally takes up to 3 days. There was no sight of him mid-July, we decided to give him a week in case he was maybe busy working on other projects. We only got a call at the end of July, to tell us that he will arrive at the beginning of August. Mid-august (still no sight of him), we call him, to hear that he is swamped with work, and he promised to arrive in 2 weeks (end of august). In September (STILL no sight of him), we called, with a little less patience, and he promised to arrive on September 9th. September 9th, we called him and asked for the deposit back, and he FINALLY arrived the next day. So not only he was giving excuses for over two months, the job itself took about 2 weeks. He used to pass by, do some work for a couple of hours, and then disappear for 2-3 days (would occasionally come to grab his truck to maybe work on other people's pavements). When we showed him the choice of stones, he said that we must pay extra, after mentioning that everything was included. When they finished the pavement and we paid the full amount as we agreed, he still did not finish laying out the grass that was removed. We since called him twice, so he can come and fix the glass and he STILL didn't show up, and from past experience, we don't expect him to come back (it's November, its' already snowing). Although the company did a nice job with the pavement, save your energy and find someone more reliable.
