One custom ordered hoodie. Took about 3 weeks to arrive, but was not in a hurry for it. I made sure to measure my kid's other hoodies to be sure to order the correct size. The Hoodie I order arrived 2.5" shorter then the measurement chart and the sleeves shorter as well, consider they say there will be shrinkage this is a problem for an already too short item. I contacted the company same day, and told them of the measurements. I was asked to take pictures of the garment with a tape measure. So I do, and send them back. Only to be told they do not make the garments (no surprise there) and they are reliant on the supplier for sizing guides. My item is 2.5" too short, on their web site it says 1.5" is acceptable. They reply saying 1-2 is acceptable and will not be making an exchange, and they point out if they did it would be for the same size-why on earth send me another too small hoodie. Obviously they are not quality checking their supply, so that is on them and they could report that to the company and then maybe the size chart would be correct. So now I have an expensive hoodie that is already too short for a growing kid. I can guarantee this hoodie will shrink in the wash. Thanks for wasting my time Entripy, showing you Don't check the quality of your items, nor stand behind your own return policy. a big thumbs down for me, and would not recommend. read more

Having worked for two companies who had to order shirts for events or just for the purpose of purchasing custom designed shirts, we decided to order from Entripy because of their prices, easily accessible webpage and fantastic visuals to help you visualize what they look like. The prices of the shirts and sweaters are nicely laid out and extremely easy to use when choosing what it is you want to purchase. Prices vary, but it's relatively inexpensive. For example, a crew new sweater costs about $40, the more you order, the cheaper the costs will be. They also care about small details for customers. Entripy even has a nice way of packing their shirts. For example, for a few hundred shirts, each of the shirts came in boxes with nicely stuffed colour tissue paper at the top, which is a nice experience even for the person ordering. read more

If you're anywhere in the Toronto/GTA area right now there isn't a radio or TV station or ... Raptors game, that you haven't seen or heard about Entripy.com. Proof that advertising works.. I mean just look at Diamond and Diamond and that guy didn't even have a real law firm before he decided to put his face everywhere... We just returned from our destination wedding in Mexico where we wanted to have a custom printed canvas beach bag for all our guests when they arrived. Being a sucker for advertising I went to Entripy and checked their website to see if they did more than t-shirts. Do they ever! Basically, if you have a logo or some words, you can slap them on just about anything. The hardest part of the process was designing my own image, but I used the online website Canva (basically adobe illustrator for dummies) and created something pretty rad. I selected a bag that met our style and price (they have dozens of options) submitted the image and received a quote for the order. Within a day or two a project manager contacts you via email to confirm details and provide a digital proof. Once you sign off they can get the job done for pretty much anytime line. We needed within 10 days (their ads say they can do 40k t-shirts within 48 hours for a raptors game). Then right on time their yellow box is dropped off at your door by courier. So why does their flawless service only get 4 stars? Well because of their minimum orders. We only needed 35-40 but couldn't place an order for anything less than 50. At the price per bag it wasn't a huge deal so in essence this is a 4.5 star outta 5. If you're looking to do some custom printing for an event, business, or special occasion you really can't beat Entripy.com. I highly recommend them. read more

We got some merchandise printed recently (embroidered hats, print tees, relatively small run overall) and were very pleased with the results. The order was completed in a timely manner, the service and communication was great and the pick-up process went smoothly. Sadly I cannot write all the details of my review as it exceed the word limit. I placed an order on May 20th with a "Hot Rush". Expected to receive my proofs on Tuesday after the long weekend by 12:30 at the latest as they indicate 3-4 hours. I did not receive them until 3:40PM (after the production cut off). I was given a cut off extension until 5PM, I contacted by e-mail and phone with my changes. I did not receive he changes until 11:16 the NEXY DAY!! I contacted multiple times and was assured the front logo WOULD NOT LAND ON THE BOOB. I was assured their standard print area for left chest was 5 inches from the shoulder seam for women. Their website also has a list that states the same. I was ASSURED my order would be completed and shipped on time for my event on the 26th. E-mail quote: "We will not make you drive 5 hours to pick up your order. Rather, we will complete your order by end of day tomorrow, and have it shipped to your listed address via UPS Express Saver. UPS indicates it will arrive at your address by Friday. This will save you a trip down to the GTA, and will ensure you have your order in your hands before your event." That did not happen!! I HAD TO DRIVE 5 HOURS TO PICK MY ORDER TO GET IT ON TIME! Upon my arrival, the shirts were still not ready and were in packing. I opened the box to look at them before leaving to find the front logo positioned RIGHT ON THE BOOB!! I measured and rather than the promised 5 inch from shoulder seam placement it was sitting at 8 inches! Upon further inspection OVER half the order men's and women's had ink stains, smears and damaged/snagged material. Initially they took immediate action to remedy the situation. They said they would not charge for the order AND reprint everything all at no charge! I was assured this twice by Sally te Kamp and Alva Troubetzkoi. I was also PROMISED that since there were no longer all the sizes available that I needed, they would print and send those sizes at a later date. They put me in a hotel and advised my new order would be ready in a few hours, this was 3:30 and I still have a 5 hour drive home. My order was not ready until 9:10 PM. Upon my arrival for pick up I could tell right away the front logo was still not at 5 inches this time it was too high, but had no more energy left so took as it. Upon further inspection later I realized even on the new order MULTIPLE pieces were damaged.. ink stains/smears and damaged material. I slept a few hours and drove home at 4am the day of my event. This was an event in memory of 2 family members who have lost their lives to suicide so this meant a lot to us. I sent Alva and Sally a list of all the damaged shirts in the new order, as well advised that 1 shirt was missing entirely a 3XL. I also included the shirts I was promised would be reprinted at a later date due to stock unavailability. I also sent pictures of the damage and notified that that I was not requested reprint of all new shirts but wanted to point out that the front logo position was still not correct at 5 inches is was now only at 3 inches. First 8, now 3, but their standard states 5. I even marked on a shirt the start and stop dots. Starting at 5 inches from the shoulder seam, and the logo was 3 inches in length, so finishing at 8 inches. NOT STARTING AT 8 AS WAS ON THE ORIGINAL, OR STARTING AT 3 AS WAS ON THE NEWLY PRINTED SHIRTS. I received a very disappointing e-mail from Alva today advising that they are refusing to print and replace the damaged pieces as well as the ones missing from stock unavailability. So their commitment to customer service ended in a big FU. read more

Worst customer experience. My first order for a small quantity was good, managed by Ashley, an account manager who rushed my order, no charge, in 2 business days. However, I will never be purchasing again from this company again after making a larger order of 100 T-shirts and interacting with Kirin, the sales manager, who charged me $60 for a rush that still took 5 business days. She made all sorts of promises such as "I have asked...but no guarantees" and more of the same, stringing me along with promises that she will try but in the end not delivering on the promises that she would try. The rest of the staff is good but if you get Kirin, switch to someone else who won't string you along with promises of "I will try...but...." ...In response to Inder B's comments, I sent you a private message. My issue wasn't with your production crew, it was with your sales manager, Kirin. On the day that the order was complete, I asked to pick it up in the early afternoon as I had an evening appointment. She kept insisting the order had to be picked up after 5 pm. We kept going around in circles and I eventually dropped the goal of picking it up in the early afternoon because she kept insisting that it would NOT be done by 5 pm. So what happens? I get an email from your company at 2 pm stating that it my order was ready. However, because Kirin was stubbornly insisting that there was no way that I could pick it up before 5 pm, I had already rescheduled my day and couldn't pick up the order. Honestly, Kirin is your problem. I had a great experience with Ashley. I asked Kirin if I could speak with her boss, but she said that she was the manager and there was no other boss. Clearly, Kirin doesn't own the company and is not the boss. read more

Customer service is quick to respond, and the price is right, but very disappointed with shipping. When we ordered, we were given a ship date of Friday before the long weekend, meaning the order would be on the move over the weekend. Good news. Monday rolled around and it still read "processing" on my order. I message them, and they say they had some equipment failures last week so they're behind, but no chance of expediting the shipping which hasn't happened yet (so the customer pays the price for their equipment failures??). Then they tell me it was actually always supposed to be shipped Monday, and we'd get tracking by that night... TUESDAY rolls around, STILL no tracking, so another message sent. They finally send me a tracking number and say the package will be sent Tuesday NIGHT. These are our company uniforms we're waiting for, so this is extremely unsatisfactory. Company should have the correct shipping date on the order page to begin with, then honour that date or expedite shipping if it can't be done. This was a small test order, but the bulk of our company shirts, jackets, hats and promotional products will be ordered elsewhere. read more

Very unhappy with my experience with entripy. I am a teacher and we use entripy for our school logo clothing and gear. While it is a great concept, the actual ordering is a pain. I have now ordered 2 separate times and the wait for shipping and delivery has been ridiculous. Off the bat it promises that your order will ship via UPS in 10 business days, which is annoyingly about 10x longer than most other online retailers to begin with - and both times it actually ended up taking quite a bit longer than that to even ship. 3 weeks before an order even ships is really not the standard when ordering online, custom items or not. Secondly , their stock is not consistent. They have different items in their shop almost day to day. Tried to order a jacket that had been added to the shop recently - left it in my cart for a day and came back to find that the item had been completely wiped from the store - not marked "sold out" but removed as if it was never there. When I contacted support they told me that because they use third party retailers, items come and go basically with no rhyme or reason. I am on the lookout for a better alternative to entripy shops to suit our school's needs, as we aren't happy with their services being so slow and inconsistent. read more

My company has made orders through entripy before and our most recent experience has us frustrated and sure we will take our business elsewhere. 1/3 of our very large order was apparently not in stock, though the website assured all shirt types were available. Their service rep (Krista) was rude, did not respond to email, and the supervisor did not return phone calls when we tried to voice concerns and inquire why only part of our order arrived. It has been over a month and we still have not gotten more information as to where the shirts are- when all we wanted was an update, even if that update was an unknown eta. They have not apologized once and efforts to get any help or compensation has been met with excuses (blaming supplier) and complete dismissal of our concerns. They are an absolute nightmare and I would recommend taking your business to a more deserving company. read more

This is my second time having problems with Entripy. The first time I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but this time it has just been the final nail in the coffin proving they are really just a scam of a company. My first experience was dealing with a fairly large order and I was hopeful that the friction was due to the size of the order. However my second experience was dealing with a much smaller order and I was sure that it would be a painless process. This was not the case. In my first order I ran into a problem of a delay in proofing my order (I reviewed and approved the order but they lost the email) and then after approval they informed me they didn't have enough stock to fulfill my order and wouldn't be able to place a hold on the product I did want until I could substitute part of my order for different product. This was extremely frustrating as my order was for many different people and it made an already complicated process that much more difficult. In my second order I had initially paid EXTRA for our logo and personalizations to be embroidered. It wasn't until AFTER I received my proofs was I told that embroidery had a limited size (they were only able to provide me with a logo that was less than 2 inches tall). This, in my opinion, is ridiculous and should at the very least be explained BEFORE choosing this option. Then after having to choose print over embroidery I was informed that this would cause my order to be almost double the original price! This is ridiculous especially since I will not even be receiving the premium embroidered product. In all honesty I really just view this company as a scam who have disappointed me on multiple occasions. On a positive note their customer service is very nice and tried their best to explain why there was such a dramatic increase in price and having worked in the customer service industry myself I did not want to take out my frustrations on them as they are only following their company's policies and regulations (which need to be reviewed). I would love to be able to support a local Canadian company but I do not see myself ever going back to them as it is not worth the headache. read more

I have mixed feelings about this company. The shipping and overall quality are great! It took around a week for the hoodie to be processed but the actual shipping took 3 days. However, upon ordering a youth nublend hoodie expecting drawstrings on it, I received one without. Turns out that the actual hoodie I ordered didn't have any drawstrings on it. The image on the website for the hoodie I ordered clearly showed that it had some and even described it as having "matching tipped and knotted drawcords". I emailed the company asking for a refund or replacement but was denied one. The reason? Apparently, there are no drawstrings on youth hoodies due to safety which I wasn't aware of due to the misleading information on the page. I'm dissatisfied with this since their refunds/exchanges page states that "items will be accepted in full refund...[if] the item received is not the ordered item" which is my case since I didn't get the item I ordered, which was supposed to be the image showing a hoodie with drawstrings on it. I emailed back suggesting that they change the info. I received a response which stated that their team is changing the information as soon as possible. Gee, would've been nice if they changed it sooner. Words of advice when ordering from this company: be cautious. read more
