He will take your money, for sure. He will ask for more money or tell you that if you don't he won't come back. If he shows up at all it is for anywhere from 3 hours to literally 15 minutes. Not a bit of a lie. He will tell you it is hard to get workers or that you live so far away, even though he has been to your house and knows exactly where you live. Meanwhile the costs climbed and in the end we were presented with a bill almost $1200 higher than expected (@25%). so my advice- good work, but slow. With quotes, make them lock down the amount to avoid sudden drastic increases.
