Environmental Litigation Group, P.C. was founded in 1990 in Birmingham, Alabama. The law firm has been focusing on asbestos litigation ever since the beginning, as numerous residents were severely affected by toxic exposure after having worked in the town's foundries and steel mills and needed quality legal assistance. In 1993, Gregory A. Cade, now the firm's chairman, joined Environmental Litigation Group, P.C. as an investigator and litigation paralegal.
Within the past 25 years, the attorneys have recovered $1.4 billion for over 25,000 clients, enforced regulatory compliance and developed EPA-compliant environmental regulatory policies for municipalities and industries. Meet the Business Owner: Gregory C.
Gregory A. Cade is a personal injury attorney specialized in Environmental and Occupational Law. Although his knowledge of the legal system and understanding of the effects of toxic substances allow him to provide assistance in a wide variety of cases, the lawyer's main area of practice is Asbestos and Mesothelioma. With a vast experience of over 20 years, Gregory A. Cade has recovered compensation for thousands of clients struggling with mesothelioma, as well as with other terrible diseases, such as pulmonary fibrosis, asbestosis, and lung cancer. The attorney is currently the chairman of Environmental Litigation Group, P.C.
After receiving a B.S. in Natural Science and Mathematics from the University of Alabama, Gregory A. Cade completed a master's program in Occupational Health, Safety and Industrial Hygiene and earned his J.D. from Miles School of Law. Over the course of his career, the attorney has received several awards and he is also a member of the American Bar Association.
