2020 Ford F250 lariet6.7 Powerstroke Arriving at the service dep, the young service advisor asked what we were doing today, I answered a recall, mentioning I usually take the truck to GER Diesel for oil and more, "I haven't had a good experience the last few times at this service department" He quickly said, "Why don't you take it back to GER?" and laughed. I responded that I would, but I am required to bring it here for the recall. Already a lack of respect for customers, but this is very comment at this location. The truck has been parked in the back lot for over four hours now, " the truck has a factory GPS, something that was not mention to this service advice in his training, truck was setting for 4.8 hours with no progress. The recall involves updating the PCM. How do I know? Because it's common sense to look up how long the recall would take. I asked for a senior advisor that I won't mention the name, when I asked for him, this young advisor told me there is nothing he can do that I can't do, so I gave her an opportunity to get this done his way one thing led to the other end up driving by five hours later and I saw my truck parked on front. Nobody called me and told me the vehicle was done. I asked to speak with the manager and after a while, I found him and I relay my message and my bad experience at this service department Nobody wants to take time and write bad reviews but if I can help someone not go through this issues. I've been bringing my 2024 Bronco Sport to Envision Ford for all service since I bought it new, but my recent experience was so disappointing I won't be returning. I had an appointment on October 6th to replace a damaged front wheel and tire. I was told the new wheel would arrive by the next day, but I never received any updates. When I followed up myself, I was either put on hold and disconnected or given vague answers. Eventually, I was told the wheel hadn't arrived and the car wouldn't be ready until the following day. When I asked why no one called me, Service Advisor Tony Botello became dismissive and argumentative instead of simply communicating. To make things worse, he mentioned--only after I pressed for answers--that a shock was bent and also needed replacing, something never mentioned before. Feeling frustrated and unheard, I chose to pay for the wheel and tire only and had the rest of the work done elsewhere. I found a used car that they had in their inventory that I thought was a good deal. I meet with Shiloh Perez for a test drive and negotiate a price. Shiloh went back and for with his manager changing the monthly payment and tried to reduce it. However the price of the vehicle never changed. He distracted me and my wife by showing us the monthly payment and not reducing the price of the Vehicle. We then met with Theodore Esquer, and he too distracted us. First they bring you into an office with a giant screen on the desk to review the documents. As Theodore was showing us the documents to sign, he would zoom in to specifically to the line where we needed to sign and skipped through what the rest of the documents said. When I came to options and extended warranty, I told him that I do not want to add anything at all. We finished signing and he emailed the documents. They did not provide a printed copy. When I reviewed the documents at home, I discovered that there were 3 warranties on the contract that I was never explained what they were or asked to add them. After the free service was over I felt like I was pressured into getting other services. I went in for my check engine light , and was told a 300+ dollars service charge just on that and other important services were needed. So I agreed. Out the door was over 2,000 dollars. On top they said the check engine light was because it needed a new catalytic converter. So I said no I will get a second opinion. When I picked up my truck. after I had spent 2,000 dollars on other service they did not top my washer fluid and my engine air filter was so dirty they did not even mention it after I denied the catalytic converter. 4 days after picking up my truck my oil light came on. So I was not convinced they even changed the oil. So they agreed to do the oil change again and then replace my air filter at no cost. But when I picked it up for some miracle the check engine light was gone. I started to think that they would have replaced my catalytic converter and the problem would have still been there. All it was a dirty air filter. So I think they don't have experience mechanic there. I would not go ever again. read more

Well, a weekend goes by and I ask him for numbers...it wasn't where I wanted it to be, so I told him thanks but no thanks. A little over a week goes by and his last message was just not inviting. He said, "Stop playing games already. It's been three weeks." Well excuse me sir, but it's been 7 days and I told you I was out of town...I couldn't believe I got a message like this from him. This place is now under new ownership as Envision, as of 2024. I trusted them so much when it was with prior ownership as Advantage Lincoln for years and years. However, under new ownership I'm sorry to say I no longer see the point or value in paying dealership prices for jobs that don't get done correctly. When I got my major service done under this ownership, I found later that they lost the top part of the battery cover, my heater turned on in the summer, and my oil change light popped up immediately after having the oil change done as part of the major service. They didn't even replace my battery so I have no idea why they lost the battery cover but it didn't dawn on me to check for it specifically and by the time I noticed it was too late. No follow up, unless of course I wanted to pay for the electrical problem they caused with the heater blasting off and on. It comes with great customer service like Lyft rides to and from work after dropping off your car and pretty good espresso machine but I'd rather have none of that in exchange for actually having gotten stuff done correctly. I know the merit of bringing your car to the dealership, to have the correct parts used, like I did for brake replacements which are now covered under warranty until the next time they wear down. Still, I don't trust them anymore. I definitely wouldn't send a loved one out here unless you want to watch over everything, pop open the hood to make sure nothings missing, etc. I used to bring my MKC in here for years but can't trust them after this. read more

After having a conversation with the sales person questioning him is that actually the sale price he answered yes. Spending an hour and a half on the road Driving to the dealership having another conversation in the lot is the sticker price actually, your sale price answer again yes. After sitting down inside, I find out there's a dealer markup. I thought this was false advertisement very disappointed in this dealership I would stay clear. I asked about a tonneau cover transfer the sales manager, Emmanuel Aguilar, had promised. He suddenly refused, then got in my face, got physically confrontational, and threatened me -- so aggressively that the finance manager had to restrain him and ask me to step out while he held him back. Worst experience I have ever had. I contacted them about a vehicle, Amy the salesperson made me an offer on a trade in and we went with all the possible options and numbers I provided all the information she needed and we agreed on a deal. She was very pushy since the firts contact to commit myself into buying, I finally agreed and run my credit to make the purchase but Al the salesperson made manager shut me down the next day ( I live 4 hours from their location) and change the number of my trade to a lower offer with the BS excuse that the day before someone dropped the ball and gave me a higher number of my trade. I do understand there is mistakes but at this point they already had run my credit and my punctuation went don 50 points just because they already had the application done. Be Very Careful If you Choose to Deal With This Company! I wish I could give a better rating to this dealership, if only for the courtesy and professionalism exhibited by the salesman I worked with, Walter Jimenez, but unfortunately the overall experience does not warrant anything better than one star, if that. In late May - early June, went looking for a new '24 Edge SEL and found the perfect one at Envision Ford through an on-line search. Made contact with the internet sales manager and made an appointment to see and test drive the car on June 2. The Internet manager handed me off to Walt Jimenez, local salesman, for the test drive and to familiarize me with the car. Drove the car, liked it, negotiated with the internet sales manager what seemed like a reasonable deal, letting him know emphatically that I did not want any optional add-ons or services, and agreed to buy it. Met with the finance manager to complete the paperwork and take possession. Told him I did not want to purchase any of the expensive and unnecessary optional services, add-ons, or "ups." Used a lot of focused sales resistance to deflect his aggressive "scare" tactic efforts used to try to sell me the add-ons I did not want - thought I was successful in this. More on this subject to follow. Made it clear that I wanted my wife added to the title as co-owner. Wrote a check for the car and drove it home. Walter Jimenez followed me from Duarte to South Orange County to obtain my wife's signature on the documents required to ensure she was on the title as co-owner. Interaction with the dealership up until the point that I bought the car was about what I expected. At that point the situation began to change. The next day I attempted to access the password protected sales documents I received via email. The password I had selected did not work, so I reached out to the finance guy to get the situation corrected. No response from him so I reached out to Walter Jimenez who tried for several weeks to get the finance guy to respond. Also reached out to the internet sales manager with whom I had first interacted, no response. Reached out to the general manager, no response. All the contact efforts went on via phone, email and text for more than a month, finally connected with another sales person, Marc Baca, by chance when I placed a call through the switchboard to leave another message for anyone about the problems I was having. Marc got back to me immediately via text stating that he would make sure the situation was addressed right away. Apparently, he and Walter Jimenez teamed up to make a concerted effort to get the finance guy to resend the documents to me, because I did receive accessible documents that same afternoon, July 17. Upon reviewing the paperwork I discovered that a $1495.00 charge for one of the optional services I did not want had been buried in the sales summary document, My fault that I did not catch it before signing the agreement, which was presented on an electronic tablet built into the finance guy's desk. Could the "buried" charge be the reason why I was not able to access relevant documents for over a month...? In addition, when the title came in, my wife's name had not been included and I had to go to AAA and pay a fee to have a new title issued by the DMV - this after filling out the appropriate paperwork at the time of purchase and the salesman following me home to South Orange County to obtain the proper signatures. Small matter, but two days after purchasing the car, one of the tire pressure warning lights came on and I discovered that all 4 tires were underinflated by an average of 15 psi. This is an item I would have expected the pre-delivery and make ready process to take care of. This was a grueling, costly, drawn out ordeal with a company that, in my case at least, was done with customer service and attention once the deal was closed, except for the support received from Walter Jimenez and, eventually, Marc Baca. And there was a $1495.00 charge buried in the purchase agreement that I did not catch. Now to begin working on seeing if I can recover the charge, which is doubtful given the time that has passed and the fact that I did actually sign the document. I am glad there are other Ford dealers in my area where I can obtain service going forward, because I will not be dealing with Envision Ford again. read more

Never have I paid that much for a simple oil change from a Ford dealer. How Ford does not regulate these dealers for a service they advertise beats me. $150 to pull to filter, drain the oil, fill the oil, and VISUALLY inspect the vehicle. Oh, and rotate tires. And to top it off not even full synthetic oil either, a blend. I've been to several around SG valley and prices were consistent from $70-$80, and down to $55 with the coupons then send over. Also asked about wiper blades, $100 for a set that costs $25! Lug nut.... "That's gonna be $20" Are you kidding me? Prices are absolutely ridiculous, avoid this service department as all costs. Drive to Glendora and hit up Colley, family owned and operated, they have a reputation of not screwing over owners. While I already know the owners / PR department probably doesn't care about Yelp reviews, this is a PSA to ALL Ford owners. Take your business elsewhere, do not let yourself get ripped off by this service department. It bugs me to write a negative review but.... I bought a car a few days ago Thursday (June 5) at Envision Ford of Duarte. I come in contact with the sales associates, Nareg and Roland, who assisted me in test driving a couple of cars. They were nice to deal with. On to Financing for the process of buying. I found out the hard way that there are dealerships who will not negotiate in good faith, no matter the amount. I was charged $1485.00 for Ford Paint Protection 3 year fee even though the contract had the word OPTIONAL. It was explained to me (in certain words) that all "Ford products" are under the mandatory fee (but I was getting a 2020 Hyundai Tucson. Is that a Ford? Not in this universe). So, I nicely asked if I can get $85.00 removed from the fee--which would be a nice round number--$1400.00. He was unwilling to take off 85 dollars. Did I ask for the whole $1485 off? Nope. 85 dollars y'all. With all the overhead from the Ford dealer, do you think 85 dollars would have hurt business? Doubt it. What's up with the no-negotiating policy? Anything and everything can be negotiated except Death. A Question: When this Ford dealership get other vehicle makes and models from other sources, do they spread a Ford substance on them before placing on their lot? After a while (and because it was at night--big mistake by me), I chose to go ahead with the process. A stronger person would have walked away. I am not good at that and that is my character defect. Yes I did choose to purchase the Hyundai Tucson by the way. Envision Lincoln TOOK ADVANTAGE of Senior customer!!! We took our Lincoln in for 35,000 ml. general service and received services that are not recommended by the manufactures manual for many miles from what we have on our car now. This 2020 used leased vehicle was certified/inspected in 2023 with 22,300 miles when we purchased it. 2 yrs later when requesting standard maintenance which cost $170, we had unnecessary services done on the car with a final bill of $3,000. This was primarily labor of $2,550 for 3 hrs work. Large ticket items were done prior to recommended mileage. The A/C was working very well!!!, A/C Evaporator Core Cleaning, recommended at 90,000 for $300, A/C and air filters previously replaced when inspected for resale 6/2/23 $380. Coolant Fluid exchange per manual @100,000 mls $340. Replaced Spark Plugs per manual @100,000 mls $637. Crank case cleaning $322 and preventative Rodant Banish Service $334. The majority of the charges were for unnecessary services performed but misled us to think were needed when we asked for standard 35,000 mile service, just 12,000 miles and 2 years after our purchase. We made multiple calls to Genl mgr. David Mkrtchyan and Service Mgr Steven Sao, but neither returned any of our calls. This was not our first bad experience with Envision. Previously we waited over a month for a warranted part replacement and given a run around on why it took so long. This will be the last service visit we will make to Envision Lincoln Duarte. We always got great service with previous Lincoln car and dealership Advantage Lincoln. Now forced to travel a distance for service calls. Very upset about that!!! TL;DR avoid Antonio, bad follow up and he couldn't care less. Marco is great. I've been coming here to get my Mach-E serviced since I made my purchase in 2021. I've had a relatively pleasant experience with Marco; he's been great. This past Monday I bring in my car at 10am, but Marco was off, so Antonio helped me instead. He said he will call me by lunchtime to let me know how long the recall repair will take and if the car needs to be kept another day. Rest of the day goes by. No call. So on Tuesday I call to inquire about the status. I finally get a call towards the end of day and Antonio implies that someone messed up and the part wasn't ordered. So it will be another day. Okay... Wednesday comes and I call mid to late afternoon. Each time I get referred to his voicemail. No call back. After 5pm, the cashier is closed too so no help there. So I physically go to the location. Antonio tells me that their phone system is flawed and they can't access voicemails. I said sure, but he could've kept me in the loop, just so I could plan ahead. I asked for my car back and I will take it elsewhere. He remarks that it will be the same and it takes time to get the part. Horrible experience, horrible selling tactics, waste of time, and they don't care about people's time and/or distance they drive. If I could give negative/minus stars I would. I came in to check a truck they had for sale. Truck was good, they wanted a price out the door that I was not willing to pay. I offered them an OTD price that they told me they couldn't do. I ended up waking away. Over the period of a week, I received about 4-5 calls from them. On the last call, I agreed to pay them a little more than what I had originally offered, I confirmed with the sales man (Carlos) that we had an agreement on the OTD price, which he confirmed. I told him to have the truck ready and I was going to pick it up since we had agreed on the price. I live 2 hours away from the dealership and ended up getting a ride from a family member, since I was going to be driving back on the new truck. Once I arrived at the dealership, Carlos showed me an agreement paper with about 4k over the already agreed price. I told Carlos that that was not the price we had agreed on and he knew. He went and "talked" to his manager and told me they could not do the price we had agreed on, to "meet them in the middle". I told him I don't appreciate them making me and my family waste my time, not counting the 2 hour drive, and now 4 hour drive back with traffic on a Friday. I told the manager (Yanni Bermudez) this and he really seemed like he didn't care. He did offered to "pay for gas", which I kindly explained wasn't the issue, but the principal and not caring for/about the customers.
