    Does not care about patient health at all and completely overpriced. Before the imaging was…read moreinitiated told them what doctor was looking for specialized imaging to address a very specific issue. Was told they have to do the imaging based on general protocols alone unless dr specifically specified otherwise. Doctor said shouldn't have had to specify this and was shocked they didn't call for further clarification when I voiced this at the appointment. No surprise the imaging is completely useless and unhelpful because did not capture necessary detail. The $375 out of pocket fee was wasted and they said they could 're-do' the imaging with the unique guidelines, but I'd have to pay the fee again. When I complained about this, they said that there were 2 different codes and they could bill for each so they do. Of course I pushed back saying the specialized code was all they should have done to begin with since I told them that was what would be required. End up delaying medical issue follow up 30 days because I have reschedule imaging at a different location with a different tech who will actually do what is required for 1/3 of the cost.

The First Lady who went in before me walked out of the back and looked in my direction and put her head down. She knew this was jacked up. Finally, I was told that they can see on the screen see that my deductible has been met. Just go and get my X-ray. Update another person goes in before me. My lab tech was outstanding. Katie the PA, is equally wonderful and every time I had an appt with either ladies, I knew I would be treated right. I feel like they are family! All of the nurses are spirited and super kind, they each make my experience at the office worth it any beyond by answering questions and just being there. I have been a patient at this office for over a year now and experienced great services throughout my first pregnancy well before, and now shortly after. Dr English successfully helped deliver my son and made the whole experience for myself as a new mom memorable and genuine. No bologna and all heart. I like how she is extremely professional and can be like a best friend at the snap of a finger- I really trust her. I'd be honored if she delivers another baby of mine, should we have one! I just truly want to thank the whole team in the office for such great adaptation to these different times in our world, and for the excellent work you do to help all of us gals out! Shout out to Donna for helping me postpartum and always being right there to help, to Elena for being amazing, and for Bethany and Sequoia for their superior skills! They did not even tell me that is was going to be a crazy expensive test or I wouldn't have done it. Even worse: doctor prescribed me a pill that is ONLY for women who are infertile/post menopausal. I am 25 and do very much want children. I am very thankful I read the website before picking up the meds. It is known to cause severe birth defects!! Anyway do not recommend this place in the least. Also it takes like 1h 15 of waiting in the waiting room to see the doctor :))

    One of the worst Medical industry experiences I've ever had. I can't even call it healthcare…read moreindustry because this business does not care. First, be aware that, if you call them, you will have to wait a long time, that's if you ever get an answer. After a while, they forward you to their voicemail. I finally got through to them and they scheduled me to go to the Benbrook location. I got there and waited a long time. Then they put me in the MRI machine and the machine wouldn't work. They implied it was because I was too fat even though I weigh 300 lb and the machine is supposed to work for patients up to 350 lb. In fact, they had asked me for my weight when I made the appointment and I told them my weigh is 300 lb, so they scheduled me for that location knowing my weight. The tech, Ben, was super nice and accommodating, but he couldn't get the machine to work after I had been there for almost 2 hours. Since their machine didn't work, they scheduled me for a week later in the Duncanville location because they have a bigger machine there. That one is almost an hour drive from my home and I had to pay tolls to get there. When I got there, they told me the machine did not start that morning and that they were trying to reach me to let me know, but that was a lie because I had no missed calls or texts. I asked them if they could schedule me somewhere else that day because it was still the morning and they said no because they could only scheduled me for an earlier appointment in the morning for my four MRIs even though the four MRIs only take 2 to 3 hours total and they are open until 8:30 p.m. That excuse is so bogus! So they scheduled me for more than a week later in the same location. On my way there, I called them to make sure the machine was working, but I never got an answer. Instead they put me through the voicemail and I left my number, but no one ever called me back. All told it took several weeks, three long trips, many hours taken off work , and lots of money spent on gas and tolls to get my MRIs done. On my initial call to make my appointment, I asked them if they could send me to a place with a newer machine, but they told me all their locations had their machines upgraded a couple years ago. Really? The MRI machines in Benbrook and Duncanville are raggedy. The Benbrook one didn't work at all. The Duncanville one didn't start that morning. I asked someone there if this happened often and the answer was occasionally. This company charges the insurance company a lot of money to do MRIs. Do they really care about their patients or only the money they can get out of the insurance companies? To be clear, I am not a habitual complainer. In fact, before writing this, I answered surveys from Southwest Airlines and Baylor Family Practice at 900 Magnolia Street in Fort Worth, and gave them both glowing reviews with lots of praises for their staff. I would rather write nice reviews but, in this case, all I can say is that Ben is a great employee and he should get a raise.
