I previously saw APRN Devonne Collins-Ligon but for the past couple years I now see APRN AnnMarie Bolduc who also does a good close inspection with reassuring diagnosis, one of which a couple months ago, referred me to Dr. Spencer for a Mohs surgery on my face. The claim included a "skin procedure (destruction of skin lesions)" in addition to an office visit, even though no procedure was performed. A routine preventive skin exam should be covered under my plan, but the billing was not corrected. My insurance company even called the office with me on a three-way call, and I followed up again a week later, but the issue was never resolved or acknowledged.
