WE ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VENDOR! Leah Moller, the owner of the this business is a terrible businesswoman. She is highly unprofessional and does not deliver products and services in the condition or on the terms agreed upon. She tried to charge us $1700 to set up a few rentals such as chandeliers, candelabras and a steel arch. The real talent behind her fraud of a business is Leigh Willers at Bella Rosa, who is another wedding vendor in Sioux Falls, SD. Envisions has Bella Rosa do all the decorations and act as a middleman to coordinate the decorations. By coordinate, it means just renting a few rentals and setting them up the day before the wedding day so that Bella Rosa can do the actual work and set up the flower arrangements. Leah Moller at Envisions Wedding Studio doesn't really provide a quantifiable and real service for her to charge such a high price. We decided drop the middleman and just go with Bella Rosa for decorations and just get the rentals from Envisions for us to do the setting up ourselves for free. She got upset that we didn't go along with her plan to rob us blind and have her set up the rentals charging us $1700, so she did an unprofessional job packing up the rental vases and candle holders, gave us a couple of broken candle holders and tried to charge us for them, and sent us an ugly uncut rope instead of ready-made napkin rings the dy before our wedding for us to set up. As shown on the invoice, we had paid for napkin rings not an ugly rope that you can buy from Wal Mart. When confronted, Leah Moller wrote a rude e-mail letting us know that she would have made rings out of the rope only if we had paid for her to set up. We would like to remind Leah at Envisions that as shown on the invoice, we paid for napkin rings. We we not happy with the overall quality of the rentals and service provided by Envisions Wedding Studio. You can actually work with Bella Rosa for your decorations and get the rentals from Ideal Wedding instead of Leah Moller at Envisions Wedding Studio. read more
