If two flights are boarding around the same time, make sure you are in the right line. People were just standing around and blocked the way to the gate or looked like they were in line but weren't. This is probably because the area after security was too small or the setup of the layout. Otherwise the airport was clean with one shop offering coffee, snacks, and merchandise. Overall the airport is not too exciting but not stressful either.

When we moved the chair in the room to sit by the window we found a discarded pair of underwear behind it. Otherwise the room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the A/C wasn't too loud. Even though we set the temperature, the A/C unit did it's own thing changing the temp. At one point in the night it dropped to 70 and it was set at 74 so we woke up very cold. But it was 75 and hot when we woke up in the morning. Front desk staff were efficient. I was disappointed that the M Club only served breakfast until 9am on a Sunday. It would have been nice to have it until 9:30am.

I would recommend getting a hotel in the Iowa side of Sioux City and it would probably be more convenient in many ways This apparently has a conference center so if you are going there for a conference, you should be ready to drive to a restaurant. She checked me in right away and gave me a room on the second floor. The first thing I noticed when walking in was there was a smell of maple syrup in the air, and it was throughout the room. After a while I didn't notice the smell anymore, but when I left for dinner and came back, I smelled it again. It wasn't offensive, just weird. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was also clean, but didn't have any shampoo or conditioner, only (2) bars of soap, (2) make-up removers and lotion. This room has an in-room coffee maker and was stocked with coffees and teas and all the things you need in the morning. Overall, this is a nice hotel, and I would stay here again.

We had some delayed flights while trying to leave the Orlando airport, and he calmly and professionally helped us through. He found a nearby last-minute hotel room when we would have missed our connecting flight out of Orlando, and he even got our flights changed (twice!) to make sure we made it home when we needed to.
