When I got there Assia was helping a clerk that had a problem with a transaction with a drive up customer. The customer needed something printed out and the branch printer that's used by the clerks was malfunctioning so Assia had to bang the paper feed doors on the printer about and fiddle with this and that while placating the customer about the silly printer while the line built up. We've all been there. Something simple won't cooperate and everything becomes a big mess while everybody in line watches. It's easy to lose your cool under those circumstances. She didn't. She handled everything, got it done and solved and then called for the next customer. Textbook. Then here I come with two estate accounts to close, Court Orders with Official Seals, just what you want. Yes, a clerk was on lunch at the time. Instant headache. Potential panic. No problem. Business as usual. She kept a level head, stayed in good humor and just ran it right through the system. That's not so easy to do at the best of times. Following an encounter session with a printer that's lost its mind makes it particularly challenging. No big deal here. Bravo. Nice. Easy to say. Not so easy to do.
