I am asking the building owners and all responsible management to protect us as residents from an employee named Lily (spanish ) who is in charge of handling our packaging . She is not trustworthy and extremely unprofessional. She allows people to come and go freely where our belongings are kept, and when items go missing, she tells us to "look for them ourselves." She is disrespectful, rude, and has a bad attitude toward both me and other residents. Because of her negligence and lack of professionalism, several residents have not been able to find their belongings. Most of the time, she is sitting on her chair talking on the phone instead of doing her job. When we ask her any question, she raises her voice and tries to start arguments. Beautiful building but management doesn't care about residents! Owners do stuff without management knowing!! They will send construction workers at 8am on Saturday n Sunday without letting anyone know! Our apt has mold, garage gate is always down or open for anyone to come here, doesn't matter if you get a high rise apt you will still suffer street noise Do not move here Especially if you're thinking of a apt facing Atlantic street, you won't be able to sleep cause of the traffic noise and cops sirens all night, there's traffic at 1am every Saturday Do not try to buy here I've seen multiple management teams go and come within 1 year! Elevator is always down! My name is James Risinger, Resident of Envy Unit 701 I moved to Envy the first week of January. I want to acknowledge the staff here specifically Nick Torrez Manager of the building and Ron Supervisor and Head of Maintenance. These two individuals were spectacular in their positions and individual efforts to prepare my unit for moving in. I happen to select a Unit that had never been lived in Previously. I selected this particular unit because it is completely unique and it was exactly what I wanted. A huge one bedroom unit. 1257 sq. ft. living room 21'x 24 ft. master bedroom 15'x17' the unit is as large as most two bedroom units. it is huge and spectacular. However it had a few issues. that I will describe below. This unit was not well advertised because it was unique. and apparently the unit was used to fulfill other units in the complex with its equipment and parts. Here is the list of items that were un done when I rented the unit. No stove, Plumbing was dis connected to the Kitchen sink. Unit was not painted. No refrigerator. No Washer or Dryer Toilet did not work buttons were missing on the top. Electric plate covers were missing. Tools and flooring for other units were stored in the unit. Doors were missing. All items were fixed in one 24 hour period. That kind of hustle is amazing by todays standards. Nick was determined to get it done and Ron was even more determined. I want to take this opportunity to commend both of these individuals for that effort. Needless to say I was amazed and happy. With the out of the box coordination and efforts that were required to make this happen. Thank you Nick and Ron and what ever else Elves were part of this. read more

Nothing but good things to say about Envy so far. I've lived in Port Royale on Federal for six years, and I'm so happy I made the decision to come to Envy. This is an up and coming area, so do not let the area steer you away as the city is really putting focus on building the area up. The beach is 2.5 miles away, new restaurants are popping up and a Food Hall is opening Summer 2021. For those complaining about construction, you knew exactly what you signed up for when you signed your lease. They are trying to get the building finished, but good things do take time and the final result is beautiful. The lobby and hallways are kept clean and smell great. So far the residents I've run into in the building are very nice, and David the maintenance employee has a great personality and gets things done! The gym has everything you could want, and the putt putt golf and atrium give the building such a modern/fun vibe. The units have a hidden dishwasher in the kitchen, and built-in drawer organizers in the bathroom. Such amazing attention to detail! My BF and I love the floorplan we chose! The thing about Envy is that there are so many floorplans to choose from that it can get somewhat overwhelming, so make sure you make note of all the ones you'd like to see before going for your tour. (My BF and I probably went back 4 times before signing to see other units and make sure the floorplan we picked was the right one for us). The leasing agent, Alyssa, is the best! Me and my boyfriend moved here from Emera off US-1 This place is night and day. Me and my boyfriend are both working professionals and find the location perfect for quick access to the highway. Most of the amenities are open, the gym, one pool, once everything is completed it will be beautiful. It's already beautiful. Everyone I bring over loves it. I love my floor to ceiling windows, I love the gated parking garage for my pretentious car :) The Luxor package box, and on-site 24 hr concierge and security guard is nice. The office staff is amazing. It's by far the best and coolest place we've rented here in Sofl. Been here two months and love it.. read more

We've been living here for 7 months so far and the construction noises have never ended. The attached picture is from today at the pool which was "almost finished" when we first moved in. The pool is on the eighth floor of our building, so the concrete chipping noises are deafening throughout the building. The elevators are constantly not working, main road has a massive hole and is unusable, and amenities never stay due to construction. If you work from home, have small children, or just like to actually be in your apartment then look elsewhere. read more

I live in the neighborhood a local and have a family/friend living there. Yes the place looks nice and modern but the rent is ridiculous. They will tell you the construction will not last but if you follow the Pompano City hall news they I'll be working in this area including more apt developments in the areas so the construction will continue. Forget that view because they will probably add another apt bldg soon. The Main Street that is in on is already a mess with traffic jams and accidents almost every day. What took 5-10 minutes to get to now takes 20-30. If you are a northerner, yeah we have lots of those moving here adding to the congestion. It is no longer a nice place to live. Local business including the restaurants are being bought out by greedy investors offering overpriced horrible food, don't be fooled. Getting to I95 for work or turnpike, yeah that's now a nightmare and will only get worse. Check the news, there was a crime scene investigation on Tuesday, 9/20/22. Locals are all up for making this it's better but the way they are doing is not it. It is making lots of crime amd the drug problems and homelessness issue is bad. You are not that far from Dixie Hwy either where they have yet to start developing, more construction and traffic jams. Our acquaintances are disappointed and it's. BEWARE!! These people are crooks and the General Manager is a scumbag!!! They attempted to illegally evict me and after hiring an attorney I was able to have the case dismissed because it was completely false! However, during the process of the court proceedings I had to place the rent that came due during the case into the court registry. I placed two month's rent in the court registry with the court of clerks totaling $3,285 and after the case was dismissed the monies were to be released and handed over to Envy. This was because even though the case was dismissed the rent was still owed to them as I stayed in the unit during this time. Part of the stipulation of the case being dismissed I agreed to pay the rent due from the time I lived in the unit which I had no problem with because I lived there and therefore I owed rent. I had no problem with that as I'm not a freeloader. Once the case was over and the funds from the registry were released to Envy I received a final invoice from Envy stating I owed $4,800 which included the $3,285 I had placed in the Registry plus the additional rent that had accumulated after the case was dismissed. I contacted Envy and told them I needed to pay the difference from the $4,800 less the $3,285 I had placed in the Court Registry. I was then told by Envy that I could not pay the $1,515 difference because they would not accept partial payments. I explained to them this was not a partial payment because they had received the $3,285 from the registry and that they needed to correct the invoice to show the credit of the $3,285 and then resend to me so I could pay the $1,585 difference. Now here's where it gets shady, they refused to do this!!! 3 months later I get a notice from Equifax that my credit score has dropped over a 100 points from a 825 down to under 670 due to a new collections account from Envy claiming I owed them $4,800!!!! They never credited the $3,285 that they received from the Court Registry!!!! Because of this I lost a $100k line of credit with my bank and have many other issues due to the significant drop to my credit report!! I've hired an attorney and it's been 2.5 months and Envy still has not righted this wrong! They are scumbags, liars and theives!!! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! These people have no integrity and will knowingly lie and report false claims to the credit bureau and then refuse to admit guilt and correct their wrongs!! I have now hired a new attorney and am suing them! PLEASE TAKE MY WORD AND DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! THE GM TONYA IS SCUM OF THE EARTH! CONSUMER BEWARE!!! read more
