There bid for our home's exterior and perimeter fence was somewhere between the lowest and highest. Jason came for the estimate. His professional and friendly demeanor won our trust. His partner Elijah came by later to survey the job-site. They were both very clear in their explanations and answered all our questions with confidence and zero hesitation. The crew completed the job in less than two days. The final result exceeded our expectations. Jason replaced our wall lamps. One did not work. I texted him and he responded immediately with an offer to return the next day to check the installation. I troubleshooted the problem myself and he did not need to come. What I liked about them…read morewas during their estimate, Emanuel was very personable, asked many more questions, and provided solutions for other problems, like foaming against squirrels and adjusting the lattice fence around the AC. They also preferred having the customer involved during the painting process so problems that popped up could be resolved quickly. I also liked that they used great paint - Dunn Edwards Ultra-Premium EVERSHIELD paint to be precise. I used Eggshell on the body to help repel water and Satin on the trim and accent. During prep, they installed 3 foam corbels to replace the original wood ones that had rotted out because they were never primed when the house was originally built in 2006. David was project manager with José and Pablo doing the painting. They began painting on 30 April 2026; They worked thru the weekend to avoid a bit of rain on Monday; Let it dry out on Tuesday with final touchups on Wednesday 6 May. José and Pablo were the work horses, and I was amazed at their painting techniques, spraying and double rolling to embed the paint into the stucco, and their deftness with handling the brush on the trim. I waited a little while to see how severe this was going to be and it accumulated to a point I realized something was seriously wrong and they needed a total redo and not just a touch up. Every cabinet door that was painted sage green was flaking so I contacted Essential cabinets and Devin said he would contact his supplier to reorder paint and pick up the cabinet doors to re-paint. I followed up and was placed on the schedule a month out, May 19th. I never received any other communication and they did not show for the appointment. I sent a msg on the 20th stating I had expected them and asked if they were still willing to correct the paint job. I didn't hear back. I'm now going to have to find a new painter and hope to match the paint as well as his supplier. Avoid work with this company.
