Location is great but desserts are awful!! Nothing french and they charge you 15 euros for it!!

Epi Beach had wonderful food (antipasto dish was the best I have ever had); steak was good and the tuna tartar was great. I would give the food really a 4 plus. The ambiance on the beach was terrific (5). We were there on the busiest evening of the year so it is hard to judge, but the service was friendly, thoughtful and nice. They had a hard time covering everything and there were some gaps, not because they were not trying. We were there on National day and Epi has the most sensational view of all the fireworks so it was packed with diners. If you are in JLP for a week this is definitely a place to go, service may top out at a certain capacity. read more
