I was impressed by the organization of the schedule and components, running on time, clear directions and signs. I made friends at the conferences, both investors and founders, and very happy I attended. Compared to other conferences, this was a very high level of serious attendees, a high ratio of investors easily spotted by their badges, lots of good food, a good focus on actionable content for the panels with big investors speaking. Very helpful - they had an app where I messaged other attendees and scheduled one on one meetings. The connections I made here are invaluable, the value is much greater than the cost. Companies that pitch here are smart and realize that they can connect with multiple investors in one day, increasing their chance of getting funding, better than spending time on trying to get inside the door to meet investors, one at a time, or pay huge sums to use investment bankers.
