Best pickle ball spot in Colorado hands down. Very clean amenities, friendly staff, and overall great place to hangout.

Many times my watch shows a decibel level of 97+ decibels. That is not healthy. The cafe there has a motto that says, "if it's here it's healthy". That is not true with the classes because the music is so loud it will damage your hearing and nobody wants that. And nobody wants the instructor to be yelling constantly. That is not motivating. This happens in more than one class with more than one instructor. Not sure what they are thinking.

A) Opening waterslides for only 10 minutes is absolutely ridiculous B) Don't just tell the attendant at the top of the slide not to let my daughter go anymore after asking my daughter if she needs help getting out and she stares at you. She's autistic- not stupid. She's been swimming for 4 years and can get out of the pool just fine. If you have concerns or questions, talk to the parent. When I overheard him and asked why she can't go anymore (she had gone 2X already), then he said she was struggling to get out- which she wasn't. Then he said she could go a few more times. C) My daughter walks up the stairs and waits her turn to go one last time before they close the slide. THEN when its her turn, the attendant sends her down and says she can't go because she doesn't have a wristband. If you're going to enforce a wristband, CHECK IN THE BEGINNING, not let her go twice, give her trouble, say she can go, then refuse to let her go and send her down again. My daughter was absolutely heartbroken. These incompetent little teenage "lifeguards" really ruin the experience. I definitely foresee a lawsuit in their future. I also waited 20 + min for a $15 burger I asked to be plain for my daughter and it came out covered in sauce and with tomatoes and lettuce, so my daughter couldn't eat it. This location really stains the Lifetime Fitness brand.

You will see other teams with actual coaches to show you what you are missing. You will attend games and wonder what they do at practice. I watched teams we beat the first week blow the doors off of us later in the season because they were being coached and players developed. You will not be treated as a customer or part of a team, you are a money source to them and will be treated as such. Travel details are last minute so you get to pay a premium for flights. My son went through two days of tryouts, was excited to get an invitation to join, then after practicing for several weeks, we received an email saying "here's your refund, sorry it did not work out." My son was devastated! I was confused but learned that they didn't have enough players to continue (i.e., make a profit which appears to be the main goal of this basketball club). I asked about it and it took the coach over a month to explain what had happened. I had to call several other club teams to see if there would be a way he can still play the season with another team. It was not easy since tryouts had already happened, but I did not give up. Eventually, I was connected with a great coach who understood the predicament my son had been placed in thanks to Premier, and offered my son to do a separate try out for his team and was pleased with his skills and offered him a spot on the team. We are thankful for the new coach and his leadership. I think we dodged a bullet!

Since adding the Elite Academy in 2023 and offering more travel and options for long term growth, the club has really started to blow up. There's not as much drama as other clubs, and we've played for several so we should know. I'm hoping they can keep the value up as more people start to join. At the end of the day, all clubs have seasons with shifting team, coach, league, etc. dynamics, and right now United is really catching their stride. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else in Colorado at the moment.

In fact, if at any point he would have left we would have followed him, as would have several other families. While first and foremost this is a business and they do have to be accountable to their investors, sadly that is all they are. Two years ago, with our very accomplished Coach, we had an incredibly successful team, a team that was one of the tops in the state in its age group. Then due to the organizations pettiness, our Coach asked 'why' to some of the silly policies associated with this organization, this team was dismantled, yet our Coach stayed for the boys. Last year, the organization decided that each team would have 9-10 players per team and that for each game the Coach could ask that players from other teams either play up or play down. Their thought process is that all the Coaches coach exactly the same and even though these boys did not play together, not to mention that these teams played at or near the same times, that all would be okay. As you can imagine it was not, yet our Coach with his skill set and knowledge of the game was still able to manage a great season. Then this past season, United decided in its infinite wisdom to place 18-19 players on our team, you can imagine how excited the boys, and parents, were about this.....again it simply didn't make sense. Unless you take one thing into account, the relationship that our Coach had with the organization and the pettiness of the leadership. Two years ago many of us parents wrote positive comments about our Coach and sent them to United. The leadership responded by accusing us of 'ganging up on them', and chastised us for writing said positive affirmations. They could/should have probably used these in a positive light and shared them on their website as a form of marketing. The actions of United, while I believe it was meant towards the demise of our wonderful Coach, had only one consequence and only one group actually suffered from their actions......our kids! Again, while as a business they do have to answer again to their owners/shareholders, currently that is the only group they are currently accountable to. Stay away, stay very far away.......unless they rehaul their current leadership.
