They broke several tiles on my roof, and now I have a leak. Trent Kohler was the sales man who provided the service. He is unprofessional and will avoid talking to you unless he can make a sale off of you. I sent him pictures regarding the leak and, rather than making sure the issue got taken care of he kept giving me the runaround. He stated he would speak to the owner and would call me back but he never called back. This resulted in me calling back each time. He finally ignored my last call and replied with a text telling me to call the main office. The text included a Google link which led me to a review page for the company with no contact information anywhere. I then called the main office only for them to tell me that they don't know when they can get someone out here to look at my roof. I later sent Trent additional pictures of the damage and he responded very rudely in a text telling me to call the main office. He had also stated the owner would be getting back to me and I have yet to hear back from the owner. It's been more than a week and I still have not heard from anyone. Due to this lack of response, I have no choice but to report them to the BBB. Also, beware of their sales-pitch. Trent had led me to believe that two additional cleanings were part of the deal, but later I find out that is not the case. Today on 9/5/25 Trent is now harassing me through text message because of my review. Saying that I have a Janky a** and Sh***y roof and stating that I am a horrible person.

They have made mistakes in scheduling resulting in my turf not getting cleaned on time for guests. They are slow in responding on email and require attention. For my yard, I got charged approximately $250 for which was satisfactory before, but I have found better companies. I would recommend Mint Turf cleaning only if time/scheduling is not a huge concern to you. Otherwise, I would go for another company.
