I called in asking for a trim and a dye job. I had been there before for the same reason, and had a stylist named Vanessa. Vanessa did well with the dye job, but when I called in it appeared that she no longer worked there, so they scheduled me with Erin. Erin was somewhat rude to me, but that's not enough to warrant a bad review. I don't know what her definition of ombre was but she RUINED my hair. She stuck in five or six foils, took forever to put the dye in, and didn't really do much else. There was no gradient, hardly any color, and a big blond streak across the sides of my head where the ends of the foil stopped. It looked more like shoddy highlights that started five inches away from my scalp. I wanted to cry when I saw it and didn't have enough time for her to fix it having already been there two hours with other things to do that day. I don't want to know what could have happened to my hair if she tried to fix it because...It's ruined, and it just looks awful. If you respect your hair at all, you'll avoid Erin for a dye job at all costs. read more
