Mo will also communicate if something would be unsafe or if it is beyond his skillset. To complete 3 quarters of our house and our full shed / including delivery and clean up / it cost us around $5k - which to me seemed fair. We also asked he take additional garbage which contributed to this. I would definitely hire Mo again. He's very friendly and incredibly respectful / tidy.
