They were prompt and showed up at the specified time, which we appreciated. However, their salesman, Colin, was difficult to work with from the beginning. He had terrible communication and made it clear that this sale didn't matter to him. It was like pulling teeth just to set up an initial meeting with him. When he did stop by with samples of flooring as planned, none of them remotely matched what we'd asked for. He suggested sourcing a few more samples and said he'd follow up with us the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, but there was no communication from him. We tried reaching out to him the following day just to touch base, but he didn't answer phone or text. By that Thursday we finally contacted his colleague, John, to try to figure out where we were at in the process and why the agreed upon follow-up had not been kept. John said that he would contact their other sales rep and get back to us by that afternoon. But, unsurprisingly, that never happened. It's been almost exactly a month now, and there's still been no communication from them. So thankful we never ended up using them for our flooring project! I can't imagine what a mess that would have been. They're unprofessional and unreliable. Would definitely NOT recommend using them for any projects you might have in mind.

Jerry was very informative and such a good guy. I remember he needed some wood for our cabinets, he took the time to explain why and presented options pertaining to cost. The prices were very high at the time, but we needed the wood to finish the job so we had given our approval. When the job was completed and we received the invoice there we no extra charges, in fact the cost was less than originally agreed. When we asked Jerry why, he told us that he was able to pick up the wood and some materials at a second hand supply store, which enabled him to forward the savings to us. Here is a gentleman that very easily could have told us he paid full advertised prices for everything and we would be none the wiser. Jerry's reply to us was, "if I did that, I would be only contributing to a lie that ultimately hurts the community I live and work in, I am sorry, but that is something I can not do". This guy is the real deal!! My husband said he should run for office...lol. The work was done on time, everything looked and worked perfect, and definitely at an affordable cost. They offer about quality work at a fair price and within a timely manner! Despite being behind because of rain, Steve made an effort to get out and get us a bid and talk through some ideas and suggestions the day after we made our first call. Because of the weather and having to push things back, he came out one evening to help reroute some drainage issues we had as a temporary fix until he could get out to finish the whole project. At that point, we hadn't even decided which company we were going with. He told us that it didn't matter and he couldn't, in good faith, let us go without some sort of help with the impending rain. In addition to being a standup person, the quality of work we received was incredible, we have never had a crew who took such care and paid such close attention to detail.
