With a large dance floor, and a pool table it is difficult to become bored in Mollies! Though if it does get too much for you, there is the walk through which takes you straight into Olivers which is a bit more relaxed over the weekend! It's a classic real ale pub with a firm live music policy, and although the seating is extremely modest, that doesn't stop folk from packing in here on a Wednesday or Friday night to sink a few pints and soak in the sounds. They've a small array of outside seating and being located so close to the train station it's an ideal spot for those hoping to indulge in a few before catching the last train back to Leeds, as I always was, or those looking for a decent pint after stepping off the train. Although the pub isn't managed by the same folk as when I used to frequent here, it seems like it's still a prime spot for those after a more low-key and friendly atmosphere. There's not much else to it, except great pints and fabulous music. I'm surely biased as I've always had such a great time here, but I doubt it can have changed that much over the years.
