They are open to making drinks not typically served in an Irish Pub, much less one in Germany...but an Espresso Martini in a bourbon glass is just as good as in a martini glass! They will change the channel to football games at your request. Every Thursday night is karaoke, and there are talented singers. Definite recommendation for a comfortable place to visit. Albert's Corner turned out to be the perfect place. The inside is kind of dark with lots of black wood and separated into little cozy alcoves. Perfect for us to hide from all the other well-dressed diners. The beer was good and cold and we get very good food. Chanterelles are in season so I got Schnitzel with a chanterelle sauce and boiled potatoes. Just the perfect dish after a hike. Service was very friendly and efficient. We even received a shot of Schierker Feuerstein to end our meal and help us hike back to our hotel. We'll definitely stop here again when we're back in Bad Harzburg.

Additionally, the ambience of a timbered interior with intricate iron works added to the dining experience.

I have to agree with the others: - For what you get, it's too expensive - the food is prepared with no love - the menu could be more expansive - the burgers taste like fast food - I had the baked potato with cheddar cheese and vegetables. Boring as hell!!! And the serving of sour cream with it was ridiculous. The upper mangers should spend more time in America. If you want a good burger, go to Sausalitos.
