Brian provided a competitive quote after he came to look at the dead tree in our front yard. He also assessed our large elm and recommended trimming for some overgrown branches that could come down in a storm and getting inoculated against a destructive elm beetle (he provided names of other companies that do the inoculation). He gave a discount for the two trees together. I really like that he cares about tree health in our area. They did a great job on both and cleaned up well. I even got some finely ground mulch from the dead tree's stump. When a storm knocked down some large branches from the elm that had been trimmed, they stopped by and removed the branches (no cost). They do great work and Brian is very responsive (I suggest calling Brian's cell phone since it takes longer to hear back after leaving messages at the office and he's more helpful.)

Jeremiah and his crew did an amazing job removing our very large tree that had split almost to the…read morebase--you could hear it creaking in high wind! The chain saw made quick work of the tree, but required James to go up the tree and remove the branches starting with the small ones, and ensuring they fell away from the house. Paige was on the second crew that came in with a machine we'd never heard of--a stump grinder. Lots of wood and debris resulted. As with the first crew, they did a thorough job cleaning up with a gas-powered leaf blower and plastic bin for all the wood shavings. The first crew used a wood chipper. Paige also answered some unrelated lawn questions I had. Similarly, Jeremiah also removed a small ash and dead bushes. Both also took away some metal stakes that were left by previous owner that I couldn't easily dispose of. We're so happy with the professionalism and sheer niceness of these people, we wanted to write a review. It's also great to not worry about the tree splitting and injuring the house and to have lots more planting space. Nice people deserve to be rewarded!

It's extremely rare I submit a negative review for a business, but they were very disappointing. I…read morereached out through both Email and text (at their request) with a description of the job, availability, etc. Even though their website indicated that I was in their service area, I was told it would be difficult to get to me as I'm not part of their "normal route." What really frustrated me was how this business set up an appt, then ghosted me when I tried to confirm it, essentially wasting my time. Not responding to a potential customer, even if the answer is "no," is never an acceptable business model. I would have expected better from a company who boasts winning "best of" awards over several years.
