The office is haphazardly run by a bitter older woman at the front desk that is always in a bad mood. I could never reach my agent either by cell or at the office and occasionally when I did he was playing golf. He actually put his cell phone down one day so he could putt. I feel that if you are going to take a commission from my transaction you should at least earn that commission. And on a side note, there is a small dog in the office that actually took a dump on the floor while I was there one day and the bitter old lady had to clean it up and THEN got out a carpet cleaning machine while I was in a meeting with my agent. RIGHT OUTSIDE THE OFFICE DOOR! I would recommend everyone stay far away from this organization. I eventually canceled my contract with them and moved on to a larger, more professional agency and was VERY happy.
