My bf and I are moving here from the Pacific NW, and although she didn't have any units available, she not only showed me a unit that was is in the process of being turned around and put us on the wait list, but she also took over an hour to talk to me and try to help orient me to this new and totally foreign place!! This is something no other manager or realtor has done. While most have been professional (but without personality), some have seemed plain bothered that they had to take time to talk to me for 2 minutes. NOT ARON!! Nope, she is as sincere and personable as I could hope for in an apartment manager. It was clear in my time with her that she makes herself as available as possible to her tenants. Even if I were her tenant, I would have thought she went above and beyond for me...making calls to try and find something for me, educating me about where to live and where to avoid, what to look for, and informing me about all kinds of things that would help us transition. Not sure where we'll end up still, but all of this was a tremendous help!! Anyone who has rented before knows the importance of having a good property manager. AND...the units themselves are also very nice! Spacious and roomy and very affordable. They are well maintained, as is the property. There is a very nice pool, and from what I gather, an overall sense of community to the complex, with Aron planning barbecues and other events that give tenants the chance to meet each other. After calling and looking around, it's not the least bit surprising that Shadowood didn't have any openings. If you are reading this because they do and you are considering it, I can only say that I would feel 100% about renting from them.

I see no other option to write a response to the response Traci of EOD wrote to my original…read morenegative review so I am writing it here in a 2nd review. I am not usually a Yelp user, but I chose EOD as it appeared in my Google search for property management options in the designated area. Indeed, property management was the service I was interested in and the service I selected on the EOD solutions page. In my first contact email on June 30, I asked specifically: Do you handle leases and would that be advisable in that area? The email exchange continued as I answered her questions. Then silence. On July 23rd, I finally sent an email acknowledging she had not responded to my email and apparently was not interested in dealing with me. No, I was never a paying customer of EOD. I simply invested my time and energy waiting on EOD to get back to me. I do thank Traci for finally explaining what happened here in the reviews, but it would have been far better had she simply told me from the very beginning that EOD did not handle leasing instead of asking me for personal information and having me wait for 3 weeks. I saw myself as a potential client when for Traci I never was a potential client, but she failed to inform me of that very simple fact. That to me is highly unprofessional and I hope in the future it is not repeated with others who approach EOD with inquiries.

This was 2 young guys who should know that knocking on strangers doors can end up going bad, really bad whether I can handle my dogs that you let out or if I am scared enough to answer the door armed. Then after I explained that our street was full of retired people or people in retirement homes they made sure to smart off.
