Agent Laura Nelson, who was listing agent on house we purchased. Not only did we not receive all the keys and remotes, we got ZERO mail box keys. Nice surprise the day after signing. So now we get to wait nearly a month for the Post Office to get around to changing the lock. Also, Ms. Nelson has never come by to remove her lockbox from our door. If I can choose, I would give her 0 star. We just bought the house whose lisint agent is Laura Nelson. We made several emails to her to ask her to remove lock box and yet in vain. She does not response either. Not even mention we do not get mail box key and only get one set of remote for gate and garage. Very unprofessional agent. If you are buying the house from her, you had better to write those requirements (which are very basic) regarding lock box, key and remote in the contract. Good lucks read more
