If you are selling a home, don't even waste your time with these folks. They will not put any effort into selling your home. My home was on the market with them for a year . They never visited the house, made suggestions to sell the house, etc. They cost me thousands of dollars because the house stayed on the market so long. All they would say is "lower the price, lower the price, lower the price". They never visited the house, the only way they found out that there were issues was when other realtors showing the house called them. By then, broken windows and leaks had cost me thousands. I sent in a request via their website because I wanted to sell my home in El Centro. Never got a reply or a call back. I guess they're too busy to take on a listing. Based on the other review, I'm glad I didn't have them list my house. read more
