I recently received my Home Owners insurance bill with an increase of over $500 dollars a 33% increase. I contacted my insurance agent, they said they would look into the matter. I received a call back in a couple days from agent Amanda Trammell. She investagated my problem and discovered the Insurance Company had a 15 year old roof on my house, not my new roof. She had that corrected and got us a credit from last year. Now my bill is $24 dollars less than last year (yahoo) thanks Amanda for your hard work. The Florida homeowner's insurance market is upside down after years of assignment claims and weather related claims.
