Cons: undercooked food, poor designed meals with fancy names, one of two bottles of wine was bad and the waiter/sommelier broke the rotten cork in the bottle and proclaimed the wine to , most likely, be 'fine'... The cod and accompanying risotto were undercooked. The Tuna steak not pink but raw in the center, by 2 centimeters . The liver plate lacked traditional apple sauce, none in the kitchen either and cranberries were recommended...( I couldn't finish the liver and neither could two of my other guests).
Under-experienced cooks, too eager young waitstaff.
I won't be back for a dining experience, ever.
