We were…read moretraveling through Mattoon on the way from Georgia to my husband's critically ill father's home in Woodstock, Illinois when our transmission went out, stranding us. Brian really went above and beyond in helping out a couple of complete strangers. He actually called the tow truck company for us and helped us obtain transportation so we could get back on the road to see my husband's father for Father's Day! It made a very frustrating situation a lot less stressful by just letting us know there was somebody in our corner in a town where we didn't know anybody.
