After several months, it became apparent that they did not fix prior mistakes and were charging us for our daughter's newer and larger home, and, had me as a single male for auto. We received and small refund, but not backdated. So renewal time came around and we went with another company. Tried to cancel through this office and we had to provide proof of having other insurance, then they still didn't cancel - we had to go through the corporate office for help and they didn't require any proof. Also, it disturbingly was like we were signed up with a streaming service and being subjected to multiple questions and requests to change the policy to meet the other companies' prices. Then came two phone calls from "private" number - had to request to be taken off the call list. Our experience with this office was bad. They seem to have a lot of staff turnover, and not enough to cover operations. Do not recommend them to anybody.

And make you feel super welcomed when you walk in their office or when you are on the phone with them. Also, they are incredibly honest. I asked them to look at a policy that I had for my personal liability for my work to see if he could beat the price, and he said "I'll be honest with ya, I can't beat what ya got." He is that type of guy. His business is that honest. He will tell ya like it is and he and his team will do it with grace. Also, they are some of the most compassionate people. They really have a heart for their customers and get pumped when they can help them. Seth, who works there is also very professional and cares about people. Every time I get the chance to talk with him its an immense pleasure and joy. Their office makes you want to smile when you walk in. Mainly, I think, because of the people who work there. Contacted this agency for an insurance quote for a combined home and auto policy with a 3 million…read moredollar umbrella policy. My first contact was a phone call which was sent to voicemail. Apparently they were at lunch when I called. Hours later I received a call back and gave them my current coverage information. The next day I got an email, not a phone call, telling me that they could not find a company that would give me coverage because I had made 2 claims within 5 years. That was not true. I didn't live in that house 5 years ago. I did have a claim due to a power surge in 2024 to repair electrical circuits that were fried as a result of the power surge. Another reason for denied coverage was because my house which had an expansion 17 years ago had standing seam metal roofing on the new areas and shingles on the original section of the house. That part of the house had new shingles in 2022. We moved into the house 2.5 years ago. They said because my roof had two materials that was another reason for denial. When i explained these facts in my emailed reply, I got no response back from the company. If you ask me whether I'd recommend this company I would have to give a resounding no. Poor communication and groundless reasons for denial. I was immediately able to get coverage from Bracken Insurance with no issues.

Go somewhere else. These guys do not care about their customers…read more I had my home and car insurance with them for about a year and was paying around $173 per month for my vehicles. Last month, my payment got rejected because I had to get a new debit card due to fraud on my old one. I wasn't aware the payment didn't go through, and this all happened during the holidays. I later saw an email from them requesting payment, so I immediately paid it. The money was deducted from my account, so I thought everything was taken care of. About 25 days later, when I went to renew my vehicle tags, I found out my insurance had been cancelled, even though I had already made the payment. I figured it wouldn't be a big deal and called their office to fix it. Instead, I was told they couldn't reinstate my policy and that I would need to start a brand-new policy. Somehow--still not sure how--they came up with a new monthly payment of $390 for two vehicles. How do you go from $169.61 to $390 in just 23 days? I understand inflation, but this is absolutely ridiculous. Completely disappointed after being a loyal customer.

After speaking with Danny Pryor, he basically said he knew what he sold me, but he didn't tell me I wasn't protedted. My claim was over $24,000, and even though my deductible was $11,000, Allstate and Danny Pryor said they didn't owe me anything. If you have Allstate with Danny Pryor, run! I don't know if he intentionally misled me to believe I was covered, or if he is just stupid, but you are not "in good hands" with Allstate and Danny Pryor.
