Well Dr. White got right down to business after he looked at my MRI. As he found nothing wrong on…read morethat. And he explained the type of vertigo I had. My eyes over scan while I'm driving which is confusing my other senses. He gave me some exercises to do to help with my condition. He also said their are some medication's I could take. But the meds will not fix the problem just dull it. He also said I may have this condition the rest of my life. So I'll give the exercises a try and see how that pans out. But I don't think I'll go for the meds. The good thing is like the good doctor said it won't kill ya. So I hoping these exercises will work or at least tone it down a bit.

Dr. Robert White has been helping me for a long time. Little by little and over several years, Dr…read more White has made significant improvement in reducing the number and severity of my headaches. I used to wake up every morning with a severe headache to the current point that I seldom wake up with any headaches at all. When Dr. White sees me, he makes me feel like I am the only patient he has. Dr. White never rushes his patients and always completes a through analysis. I am so appreciative of Dr. White and all that he has done to make me feel better Dr. White it outstanding, and I recommend him, without any reservations, if a patient is experiencing neurological problems. Dr. White is the best in the Richmond area, and he is probably the best in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Ben U.

I was a patient of Dr. M. Khan for 4 years. He diagnosed me with generalized epilepsy when I was…read more17. My experiences during my time as a patient at this office was poor in itself. I showed up to my appointments on time only to wait in the waiting room for two hours. When I would be called back, I was waiting another hour for the doctor. Each time, we would see him for 5 minutes or so. He would ask if I had any issues, and then a quick work up of following his finger with my eyes. I just started with a new neurologist. I was disappointed to find out that my care at Neuro-Care was negligent and downplayed. Initially, I was switched from Keppra to Carbatrol. I was informed by my new neurologist that Carbamazepine can make generalized epilepsy worse. Furthermore, I had started mentally blanking and tripping over my words. I relayed this to Dr. Khan at one of my earliest appointments, and I was told I was having "misfires". I have now been informed that these are actually aware seizures I am having. Among other things, I would not recommend this practice. It was my only option for a while, but I am grateful to have a new neurologist now. Realistically, this is my brain. This is who I am as a person, as well as my primary functions. The control center of my entire body. This condition can be fatal, and the care of my brain should not have been fast and loose.

My first every appointment…read morewith Bushra Khan, I literally waited 2 hours in a room waiting for her to show up, and when she did show up, she was quick and in and out! Her receptionist/checkout staff, three nurses are amazing, better than the Dr. Bushra Khan, they also would not complete the pre-Auth for my medicines they knew and I told them needed a pre-auth and that I told her and I had my paperwork from my insurance company stating that Dr. Bushra Khan never sent it, I had to call my health insurance explain to them what the heck was going on, and I told her nurse, the doctor on numerous occasions, your staff was not requesting and sending in my pre authorization to my health insurance explaining why I need it, her so called boss said she did! Well, I had called my insurance back and received each EOB denials for my medicines that was told her I needed a pre auth sent and it was never sent this happened 3x where I had to pay out of pocket on 6 different occasion. The doctor is always canceling my Botox injections, and rescheduling. I am also fighting with them in regards of billing me for failed appointments. Well after her office manager said I'm still responsible, and I told her too refund me my money I had to pay out of pocket because her(OFFICE MANAGER). I had proof of it! And when I showed up to their office and literally handed her the documentations where their was no call or info to the insurance/pharmacy. She did write off some but not all. My insurance company said I can get a rebuttal from insurance. No, I want them to take the balance I have on my account written off, because they keep fining me a no show, and with that being said, I had not only showed up to my appointment for finally mu botox, when I showed up and they said they accidentally overbooked you, and that we need to reschedule, I not only left work early that means no pay for me, and they also made an appointment with making sure I could make it in did let them know I might not be able to make it. They never once called me that they overbooked and rescheduled, and I never received a call just a text and I called immediately and told them, they made a rescheduled appointment and didn't tell me so, I missed that appointment and next thing I know I get another bill for a no show, I called and said they need to pay me back for what they did to me or write off the fines. Wouldn't budge. They are horrible. Slow, really does not care about their staff and because I had all my ducks in a row, I almost took wanted to take their practice to court for billing and lying and not calling on pre authorization. I have all the proof from my insurance showing they never sent the pre-auth for both medication, the receipts where I had to pay out of pocket for my medicine, charging for no shows, when they make an appointment, and you telling them you might make that appointment due to other engagements, well I totally did forget about the appt but it's not my fault they changed the appointment knowing I told them I might not make the appointment and to give me a call to confirm, which they did I called them back and their is never an answer. Her office manager lied that she sent out the pre authorizations for my medication, and when I pulled up and showed her all my insurance complaints, and shows that nothing was sent to them, and it would take them 2-3 weeks to send the pre-authorization. I even told them the medicine will need a pre-auth and the insurance paperwork stating that, and she never did send in the pre auth so I had to pay out of pocket even though her manager said she did, the Dr couldn't even come face me and talk to me, she sent her office manager back out and said they will check out things. They sent me another no show bill. Once again, I'm going to have to go back down to the office and show that they should be paying for everything going forward, because Dr. Bushra Khan should get better training about how insurance works so she can understand that when insurance/pharmacy send you a kick pack on the pre-auth due to needing more info on why patients need this medicine and she told me they don't need pre auth. Their way of running a business sucks, staff sucks, except front desk
