It was originally $750 but finally it will turns out to be $2100 at closing. And it took them 4 weeks just to check the clean condo title. They actually did not work on it at all even after my loan was approved. I sent a couple of message and email before they finally working on it. No explanation, just saying " we do not know what you are talking about". I should check their review first before I decided to work with them. Ligris was recommended by my realtor agent. I would not refer Ligris to anyone.
