She's also very good at not pushing her opinion on you, she asks your thoughts and if she needs to will give you information to add to your considerations if it's for home pricing or if asked will do a 'light touch' with her own thoughts on the suitability of a house. She'll also want to look you in the eye when she asks if you like the house you're strongly considering, to make sure it's one you really want before you get too far down the pipe.
