This company has been a complete fraud. If I can do negative stats I would in a heartbeat!!! RED HEAD GIRL LILLY THEY SENT ME ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Her behavior is disgusting and unprofessional both Her and her boss is even worse!! I paid for a deep cleaning service, but what I received was far from what I was promised for $40 per hour, which is the average hourly wage for some lawyers. The cleaning service was subpar, and the employee did not even move objects around to clean under them. The entire job was done half-heartedly. If I could upload pictures to this platform, you would be appalled and understand my frustration. I feel sorry for anyone who falls victim to this scam. For a deep clean, the service should be meticulous and thorough, but that was not the case. I spoke to the owner after the employee left to rectify the situation, but they returned today for only 20 minutes. You can barely notice any cleaning, and the owner does not even speak English. To add insult to injury, they did not even say goodbye before leaving in their car without notifying me. I feel terrible for anyone who hires these people. If you want a clean house, do not hire them. I am telling you now that you will be wasting your money. Hiring these people to clean for you is a waste of time, especially for a deep clean, which is a meticulous and thorough job that they did not complete. My house is not even dirty. For the most part, I keep my house relatively clean as it is. I have had two back surgeries, so when it comes to dusting, cleaning walls, cleaning under tables, moving things to clean under them, they were unable to do any of that. That is exactly what I was paying for a deep clean. They never even cleaned the hood range of my stove. It was a truly terrible experience. You can tell the girl wanted to get the hell out of my house as soon as possible. It was obvious and I even asked her, Do you have somewhere else to be today after here, How many other cleaning jobs do you have today? Guess what her answer was ? "Oh no this is the only house I have today" so you're rushing to get my house cleaned and doing a half ass job even though you have nowhere to be after here and even though I'm paying $40 a freaking hour that's another insult to injury.This is the first time I have ever had a cleaning lady come to my house, and it will be the last time especially Erie Cleaning Ladies. I am so frustrated right now that I can barely contain my anger. I could go on and on, but what is the point? I do not want to waste any more time dealing with these people. Please take my words into account. The next time you need your house cleaned, stay far away from these Russian people.
