If I could give this place negative stars I would give them -5 stars.They are very rude. Used her age as an excuse not to be able to give me information that she should know. Took me over a month to get all the paperwork necessary to get my vehicle legalized..Avoid this place at all cost. If anyone gave them a good review, it's probably because they know them personally. Capable Notary! I have used this notary two times already and I've been very pleased with their knowledge and ability to simply get the job done. Erin was able to complete an out of state title transfer that another local notary failed to complete over the course of a month (with multiple follow-ups on my part). Erin did some research and learned the Michigan DMV had a new address and told me Michigan issued paper titles vs PA's electronic filing process. In 30 min she completed the transfer others couldn't. When I need a notary I don't want to know how to do their end-I just want results like everyone else. Great service from someone who is knowledgeable and gives honest and direct answers! Went to walk in a man was putting a magnet on the door that said going to lunch. I asked him before walking in if they were going to lunch. He said "it's ok go ahead in. When I walked in I was confronted with "Do you have a transfer?" I stated I did. Then was told "it's lunch time when I'm finished with her I'm eating lunch cause if I don't now I won't get lunch." I can't believe the attitude I got. She could have politely said it is lunch time are you able to come back instead of being nasty about it! Well she just lost my business!!!
