Gave me all the answers I needed, and seemed more than happy to help me. Once I got to the store, that was still the case. Things were great up until I arrived at home, and realized i was mislead. Now, the reason they are only getting two stars, is because while the service up until purchase was great, the customer service after purchase has been atrocious. I am now over one month past the date of purchase, and have still yet to revive a call back regarding my issue I called in about a week after purchase. When I purchased the roof rack, and two bike racks I was shown how the locks work for roof rack. After being shown, I was clear to ask if it works the same way for the bike racks I purchased. I was told it does. For both securing the bike rack to the roof rack, as well as the lock that comes out of the bike rack to secure to the bike itself. With that information, I didn't ask any further questions about it. Until I go to use the bike lock on the bike rack, and come to realize that I can't lock it because it is missing a lock mechanism? I wasn't even sure what the issue was until I called ANOTHER location and was told that the locks aren't included and that's why it not able to lock my bike to the rack. Furthermore, I came to realize that at any point, someone could have come up to the bike rack and simple removed it from the roof rack along with my bike... NOT HAPPY with the fact that I was mislead, and on top of all that when I call to deal with the issue, I'm ignored. You know what, that deserves one star, not even two. I would recommend not dealing with this location if you have the choice. Other may have had better luck, but I'm not the first person to mention terrible service after spending your money.

Delivery was promised by October 5 - 6, 2023, and I really needed new wipers, so I decided to order them. After ordering, the delivery date was changed to October 11th. Then it was changed to "by October 16th". Because rain was in the near forecast, and the need for new wipers would then become a safety issue, and I had not yet received the wipers (on Oct 11), I was left with no choice but to go to a retail store to buy new wipers. If my order had been delivered by Autodasher Inc. on the date originally promised, or even 5 days late, by Oct 11th, it would not have been necessary to go and buy others. Wanting to return the wipers because they ended up arriving 7 days late, I contacted the seller, Jeff at Autodasher. The return ended up having to be Authorized By Amazon, on behalf of Autodasher Inc, who also refused to cover the return cost of almost thirty dollars. So I'm stuck with wipers I no longer need. The moral of this story.... Be careful buying products on a website from a third party seller like Autodasher Inc. (Chase Auto Parts). And, be sure to check the reviews left by other customers. If I had done my due diligence, I would have learned that Autodasher Inc. has a record of providing very poor Customer service. The best bet is just to go to a retail store and buy what you need. .... Live and learn!

It looked terrible . When I called back they told us it was stored outdoors and ignore the look but the Kms are true. We installed it and spend 3 day on it for nothing . It ran like shit. We requested that Cooksville Auto take it and have it fixed at their shop but they refused and only gave us another engine and did not cover the labor. So we install the second one and in one week lost 1 gallon of antifreeze through head gasket. When we request a warranty on it they refused and we lost 2 weeks of labor and running around and had to buy an engine from more reliable place. I am a technician with 29 years of experience and never had to deal with such a horrible place for used parts. Do yourself a favor and deal with honest and more reliable place instead.
