I do enjoy getting my hair cut at my local branch because they're always friendly and I usually don't have to wait long to get a chair. I can't give a decent assessment of ladies' haircuts or coloring or styling, but the customers I see always seem pleased with their results. Top Three Highlights: 1.) Reasonably priced at €12 for a wash and cut. 2.) Fast and professional service. 3.) Clean and comfortable.

Unfriendly staff! The worst customer service ever!…read more I have living in Frankfurt for a couple of months now, so my German is not so good at the moment. (In learning process). So, by recommendation I was told that in this Haircut salon the staff speaks English, when I got in I asked to one of the staff persons if he speaks English, his react was very unfriendly and rude since he started yelling me that they only speaks in German. I think would be enough with a simple "No" . so I just turned around and got out of there. After that I went to another salon where the attendant only speaks in German, but his attention was completely different and friendly, we were able to understand each other with my poor German. So, I won't recommend that place for those which are not German speakers since their tolerance is completely non-existent, and also for German speakers because the customer service is dreadful!
